一种户外防水耐候数字对绞通信电缆,包括对绞绝缘线组,其特征在于4对对绞绝缘线组进行绞合成子单位并疏绕识别标识双色扎带,4个子单位绞合成16对缆芯,缆芯中心放置填充绳,同时缆芯间隙全部填充防水缆膏并绕包聚酯包带,其外面有耐候护套,对绞绝缘线组中的两根对绞绝缘线芯呈退扭对绞。护套内还有一与缆芯并行的芳纶撕裂绳。有益效果是:户外耐候防水数字对绞通信电缆,可以满足传输高速、大容量数据网的要求,并能满足户外防水敷设、长期耐气候老化要求,而且成本较低、易于施工连接。

背景技术
目前,互联网通信信号传输靠近用户端主要以普通HYA市内通信电缆为主,随着互联网的发展,宽带化已成必然趋势,用户对视频、数据、多媒体信息传输速度的更高要求,使得原有的普通市内通信电缆已不能满足传输高速、大容量数据宽度网的传输要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有市内通信存在的不足,在基本不增加成本的前提下而又能达到传输高速、大容量数据宽带网的要求,并能满足大楼用户群户外敷设防水的要求,提供一种防水耐候的数字对绞通信电缆。 
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:一种户外防水耐候数字对绞通信电缆,包括对绞绝缘线组及4对子单位,其特征在于对绞绝缘线组再进行4对子单位绞合成缆并疏绕识别标识双色扎带,然后4个4对子单位再进行绞合成缆并填充防水缆膏,缆芯中心放置填充绳,组成16对缆芯并外绕聚酯带,其外面再挤出耐候护套,对绞绝缘线组中的两根对绞绝缘线芯呈退扭对绞。 
护套内还有与缆芯并行的芳纶撕裂绳。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:户外防水耐候数字对绞通信电缆,可以满足传输高速、大容量数据的要求,并能满足大楼用户群户外敷设恶劣环境的要求,而且成本较低、易于施工。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的产品型号规格为FW-HSYY  16×2×0.5 的一种户外防水耐候数字对绞通信电缆,包括对绞绝缘线组6,绞合4对子单位5,中心填充绳4,外绕包聚酯包带3和包带外芳纶撕裂绳2,其外面有耐候聚烯烃护套1,对绞绝缘线组6中的两根绝缘铜导体7呈退扭对绞,缆芯所有间隙填充的防水缆膏8。 
制造时,铜杆经过拉丝机多次拉拔,拉成标称直径为0.5mm的铜导体7,并同时退火成软导体,然后同时在导体上用塑料挤出机挤一层不同颜色的聚烯烃绝缘层6,这样就制成了绝缘线芯。两根绝缘线芯以小节距在高速退扭对绞机上绞合为对绞绝缘线组6;4对对绞线组6再一起成缆绞合成子单位5并疏绕识别标识双色扎带,4个子单位5再一起绞合成16对缆芯,缆芯中心放置填充绳4,同时缆芯间隙全部填充防水缆膏8并绕包聚酯带3;最后撕裂绳2和用塑料挤出机挤一层耐候聚烯烃护套1,并在护套表面喷印识别标识,即制造完成了。

1.一种户外防水耐候数字对绞通信电缆,包括对绞绝缘线组,其特征在于4对对绞绝缘线组进行绞合成子单位并疏绕识别标识双色扎带,4个子单位再进行绞合成16对缆芯,缆芯中心放置填充绳,同时缆芯间隙全部填充防水缆膏并绕包聚酯包带,包带外有撕裂绳,其外面有耐候护套,对绞绝缘线组中的两根绝缘线芯呈退扭对绞。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种户外防水耐候数字对绞通信电缆,其特征在于护套内还有与缆芯并行的芳纶撕裂绳。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种户外防水耐候数字对绞通信电缆,其特征在于缆芯间隙全部填充防水缆膏。
