背景技术：
现在大型的振动筛在工作时，粉尘外扬，虽说有的振动筛有全封闭密封，但由于没有除尘器，密封效果不理想，粉尘还是有少量外扬。
发明内容：
本实用新型的任务是提出一种振动筛在工作时粉尘不外扬，密封效果好，能达到环保要求的一种带有密封罩的振动筛。本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，带有密封罩的振动筛，它包括筛箱、筛体下部分的料斗和底盘，其特征在于：密封罩通过立柱支撑与底盘固定，密封罩上开有除尘口与外界的除尘管道接通，筛箱下部分的料斗上罩有密封罩。密封罩与筛箱的密封是通过橡胶件密封，筛箱下部分的密封是通过料斗上沿通过橡胶件与筛箱密封。所述的橡胶密封件指的是橡胶板。本实用新型具有以下效果：本实用新型的密封罩上的除尘口与外界的除尘管道接通形成负压，把粉尘吸净排出，工作时给外界不会造成污染，能达到环保要求，并且密封效果好，是目前大型振动筛上必不可缺少的一种密封罩。

结合以上附图详细描述实施例，密封罩通过立柱2支撑与底盘4固定，密封罩6上开有除尘口1，除尘口与外界的除尘管道连接形成负压，把粉尘吸净排出，筛箱3下部分的料斗5上罩有密封罩，通过料斗上沿的橡胶板7与筛箱密封，筛箱与密封罩之间的密封是通过橡胶板密封，这样的密封效果好，除尘指标能达到环保要求。

1、带有密封罩的振动筛，它包括筛箱、筛体下部分的料斗和底盘，其特征在于：密封罩通过立柱支撑与底盘固定，密封罩上开有除尘口与外界的除尘管道接通，筛箱下部分的料斗上罩有密封罩。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带有密封罩的振动筛，其特征在于：密封罩与筛箱的密封是通过橡胶件密封，筛箱下部分的密封是通过料斗上沿通过橡胶件与筛箱密封。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带有密封罩的振动筛，其特征在于：所述的橡胶密封件指的是橡胶板。
