本实用新型公开一种LED灯散热座,包括供安放LED芯片的基座以及若干自基座侧面呈辐射状朝外延伸的散热片,所述每块散热片的外侧缘设有若干个台阶状缺口,且各块散热片的外侧缘上的位于相应高度位置上的台阶状缺口相互正对而形成若干道横向的对流通道。本实用新型通过在散热片的外侧缘设有台阶状缺口,从而形成横向的对流通道,而且还能增大散热面积,从而有效提升了散热效果;另外,纵横相交的散热片及横向的对流通道还强化了散热座视角效果,外形美观。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯,尤其是指LED灯散热座。
背景技术
LED灯由于其节能效果突出,而成为照明技术的一个发展趋势。然而,由于LED灯,尤其是大功率LED灯泡或射灯在照明时产生大量的热,若散热处理不好,无法稳定地进行照明,而且易引发各种安全事故。目前,市场上销售的大功率LED灯泡或射灯系列产品大都都采用了散热座,LED芯片安装于散热座内,借助于散热座外围呈辐射状朝外延伸的散热片来将热量导出并散发出去。然而,现有的散热座的散热片的外侧边一般都为配合LED灯的整体外形而设计为垂直的直线边或倾斜的直线边或者圆弧边,这种结构的散热片使得空气对流只能沿着散热片的表面方向进行,散热的效果比较慢。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种LED灯散热座,其散热效果好,外形美观。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种LED灯散热座,包括供安放LED芯片的基座以及若干自基座侧面呈辐射状朝外延伸的散热片,所述每块散热片的外侧缘设有若干个台阶状缺口,且各块散热片的外侧缘上的位于相应高度位置上的台阶状缺口相互正对而形成若干道横向的对流通道。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过在散热片的外侧缘设有台阶状缺口,从而形成横向的对流通道,而且还能增大散热面积,从而有效提升了散热效果;另外,纵横相交的散热片及横向的对流通道还强化了散热座视角效果,外形美观。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本实用新型提供一种LED灯散热座,包括供安放LED芯片的基座1以及若干自基座1侧面呈辐射状朝外延伸的散热片2。
其中,所述每块散热片2的外侧缘20设有若干台阶状缺口22,在本实施方式中,每一散热片2的外侧缘20呈圆弧形,其上的相邻两个台阶状缺口22之间以一段弧形边相连。且各块散热片2的外侧缘20上的位于相应高度位置上的阶梯状缺口22相互正对而形成若干道横向的对流通道,以利于空气对流。
如图2所示,每块散热片2的外侧缘的各级台阶状缺口22使得散热片的外侧缘呈多级台阶状,外观美观。
本实用新型通过在散热片的外侧缘设有若干台阶状缺口22,能有效加速空气对流,并增大散热面积,从而加速散热,改善散热效果;另外,还能减小产品重量;增加横向的对流通道,便于空气纵横交错流通,提高导热速度,降低LED灯的温度。

Claims (2)

1、一种LED灯散热座,包括供安放LED芯片的基座以及若干自基座侧面呈辐射状朝外延伸的散热片,其特征在于:所述每块散热片的外侧缘设有若干个台阶状缺口,且各块散热片的外侧缘上的位于相应高度位置上的台阶状缺口相互正对而形成若干道横向的对流通道。
2、如权利要求1所述的LED灯散热座,其特征在于:每一散热片的外侧缘呈圆弧形,其上的相邻两个台阶状缺口之间以一段弧形边相连。
