本实用新型涉及轴承,具体为一种承受高负荷关节轴承装置。
背景技术:
在轴承领域内有的轴承承受负荷大小不一,承受较高负荷的轴承。由于有滚动体承受的重量就受到限制,而且容易损坏。由于本轴承承受负荷较大转速不高,滚动体及滚道容易损坏,故无滚动体。由内外套圈直接承受负荷。。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、使用安全、省力的承受高负荷关节轴承装置。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包含外圈、内圈、球面滚道、润滑油线槽、球面滚道、内孔。外圈套于内圈上、是套接连接,外圈在内圈上旋转转动,外圈的内球面滚道包含内圈的外球面滚道,在外球面滚道上有润滑油线槽。本实用新型的优点是:是结构简单、成本低廉,补充油脂方便,可承受较大负荷为普通关节轴承的5-6倍。

具体实施方式:
它包含外圈1、内圈2、球面滚道3、润滑油线槽4、球面滚道5、内孔6。外圈1套于内圈2上、是套接连接,外圈1在内圈2上旋转转动,外圈1的内球面滚道3包含内圈2的外球面滚道5,在外球面滚道3上有润滑油线槽4。本实用新型工作原理是:由外圈和内圈两件构成的。内圈内孔装入主轴,所受负荷同时通过滚道而传递至外圈由于没有滚动体所以可承受较高的轴向和径向负荷。为存储油脂,外滚道表面上加工深度1mm间距20-30网状润滑油线槽,其润滑油线槽原是用机械铣削加工成的,热处理后易于形成应力集中产生裂纹。本实用新型是采用一种工装在500t压力下一次性冲压润滑油线槽加工的,这种加工方式不仅使金属内部组织结构不发生断裂变化,热处理后无裂纹,油线槽分布均匀;而且在对外滚道冷冲压过程中,高压使金属组织更加致密,大大地提高了轴承的使用寿命。由于该轴承经研磨后,磨擦面吻合好,接触面达到98%,使负荷力分散,单位面积承载力相对减少,延长了轴承使用寿命。同时该实用新型轴承内外圈互换性好,互换性达到100%。该轴承表面采用高温磷化,具有润滑作用和防腐蚀性能,而且轴承中加入二硫化钼润滑剂,轴承受力可达一般轴承5-6倍。即由原受力80KN而增至400KN,大大地提高了轴承的承受负荷能力。

1、一种承受高负荷关节轴承装置,它包含外圈、内圈、球面滚道、润滑油线槽、球面滚道、内孔,其特征在于:外圈套于内圈上、是套接连接,外圈在内圈上旋转转动,外圈的内球面滚道包含内圈的外球面滚道,在外球面滚道上有润滑油线槽。
