本实用新型涉及一种空调箱框架,尤其是适用于净化中央空调箱的框架体结构。
背景技术
传统空调箱框架体多采用一体式结构,旧式传统框架在使用时容易热传导,隔温效果差,造成箱体框架结露产生滴水。目前,也有使用组合式的框架体结构,但这种结构单纯采用二件式铝柱结构,二件材料导热系数相同,仍然会造成箱体框架结露产生滴水现象,尤其在吊顶式的空调设备上更为突出。由于温度的流失,造成了电力的浪费,因而大大提高了使用成本。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔绝热传导、防结露的空调箱框架体结构。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:它包括直角型外铝柱和直角型内铝柱,直角型外铝柱为中空结构,所述的内外铝柱相向处通长方向上设有卡槽,二根隔热条分别与内外铝柱互相搭配勾槽联接。
本实用新型所述的内外铝柱与隔热条所封闭的空间设有聚胺脂隔热层。
本实用新型采用的上述结构,由于在内外铝柱之间采用了隔热条,隔热条与内外铝柱的导热系数不同,能够隔绝热传导,从而防止空调箱框架体结露滴水现象,提高了效能。

由附图可知,本实用新型的空调箱框架体结构包括直角型外铝柱1和直角型内铝柱2,直角型外铝柱1为中空结构,所述的内外铝柱相向处通长方向上设有卡槽3,二根隔热条4、5分别与内外铝柱互相搭配勾槽,以使得紧密联接。隔热条为塑料件,可以用尼龙制成,内外铝柱与隔热条所封闭的空间填充有聚胺脂隔热层6,以起到保温效果。

2、根据权利要求1所述的空调箱框架体结构,其特征在于所述的内外铝柱与隔热条所封闭的空间设有聚胺脂隔热层。
