旋浮滑动两体式无声飞轮是对飞轮结构的改进。解决了以往自行车使用的飞轮结构复杂,制作成本高,不便于加工的问题;旋浮滑动两体式无声飞轮,外链齿圈与内芯连接,外壳扣合在内芯上,外壳内侧设有内螺纹孔,外壳的圆周内壁为齿形,在内芯的外缘上制有至少2个R型滚柱槽口,在滚柱槽口内安装有滚柱,内芯的内壁上制有至少3个滚针槽口,在滚针槽口内安装有滚针。本实用新型创造采用上述结构与以往飞轮相比,结构简单,便于加工,降低了制作的成本,该种结构的飞轮在使用的过程中运转性能良好,结实耐用。

背景技术:
现有自行车使用的飞轮的是在外链齿圈上安装多个支撑钢球,该种飞轮结构复杂,制作成本高,不便于加工。
发明内容:
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明创造提供一种结构简单、制作成本低、便于加工的旋浮滑动两体式无声飞轮;本发明创造的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:旋浮滑动两体式无声飞轮,外链齿圈与内芯连接,外壳扣合在内芯上,外壳内侧设有内螺纹孔,外壳的圆周内壁为齿形,在内芯的外缘上制有至少2个R型滚柱槽口,在滚柱槽口内安装有滚柱,内芯的内壁上制有至少3个滚针槽口,在滚针槽口内安装有滚针。
本发明创造的有益效果:本发明创造采用上述结构,在飞轮内芯的滚柱槽口及滚针槽口上安装相应数量的滚柱及滚针,与以往飞轮相比,结构简单,便于加工,降低了制作的成本,该种结构的飞轮在使用的过程中运转性能良好,结实耐用。

具体实施方式:
旋浮滑动两体式无声飞轮,包括外链齿圈1、内芯2、外壳3,外链齿圈1与内芯2连接,外壳3扣合在内芯2上,在外壳3内侧设有内螺纹孔5,外壳3的圆周内壁为齿形,在内芯2的外缘上制有5个R型滚柱槽口6,在每个滚柱槽口6内分别安装有滚柱7,内芯2的内壁上制有5个滚针槽口8,在每个滚针槽口8内分别安装有滚针9,其中滚柱槽口及滚针槽口的数量可根据需要设置,不局限于本实施例。装配时,将滚柱安装在滚柱槽口内,然后外壳扣合在内芯上,再将滚针插装在滚针槽口内,用垫片10固定后,再用卡环4卡紧。
