本实用新型属于建筑物钢结构构件连接结构的改进,特别是H型钢檩条与围护板连接结构,包括H型钢檩条,在H型钢檩条上部翼缘板面上扣合焊接着冷弯槽钢,通过自攻螺钉将外围护板固接在H型钢檩条翼缘板面外侧的冷弯槽钢上。本实用新型由于可在车间制作,将预先制成的冷弯槽钢扣合焊接在H型钢檩条翼缘板面上。在现场施工时,用自攻螺钉很容易钻透2-3mm厚的槽钢钢板,可以将围护板方便地连接在H型钢檩条上,减少现场施工工作量和劳动强度,提高现场施工工作效率。

本实用新型属于建筑物钢结构构件连接结构的改进,特别是H型钢檩条与围护板连接结构。
背景技术
目前,钢结构建筑屋面及墙面围护系统基本由檩条与外部彩板构成,当檩条跨度较大或承重较大时,常选用H型钢材作为檩条,外部围护板的固定连接通过自攻螺钉与H型钢檩条的翼缘板连接,由于H型钢檩条的翼缘厚度一般较厚,多数在5mm以上,而自攻螺钉在钻3mm以上的钢板时,便很难钻透。这时需要选用优质的自攻螺钉,或是在H型钢翼缘板上预先钻孔,这就大大地增加了现场施工工作量,降低了现场施工工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种H型钢檩条与围护板连接结构,可以将围护板方便地连接在H型钢檩条上,减少现场施工工作量和劳动强度,提高现场施工工作效率。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种H型钢檩条与围护板连接结构,包括H型钢檩条,在H型钢檩条上部翼缘板面上扣合焊接着冷弯槽钢,通过自攻螺钉将外围护板固接在H型钢檩条翼缘板面外侧的冷弯槽钢上。
本实用新型由于在H型钢檩条一侧翼缘板面上扣合焊接着冷弯槽钢,该结构可在车间制作,将预先制作的冷弯槽钢扣合焊接在H型钢檩条翼缘板面上。在现场施工时,用自攻螺钉很容易钻透2-3mm后的冷弯槽钢钢板,安装外围护板就很方便,减少了现场施工工作量和劳动强度,大大提高了现场施工工作效率。

具体实施方式
一种H型钢檩条与围护板连接结构,如附图所示,包括H型钢檩条1,在H型钢檩条1上部翼缘板面上扣合焊接着冷弯槽钢2,冷弯槽钢扣合焊接在H型钢檩条1上部翼缘板面的轴线上,冷弯槽钢2的尺寸为高50mm,腿宽30mm,腰厚2-3mm。冷弯槽钢2由2-3mm厚的钢板冷弯构成。通过自攻螺钉3将外围护板4固接在H型钢檩条1翼缘板面外侧的冷弯槽钢2上。

Claims (3)

1、一种H型钢檩条与围护板连接结构,包括H型钢檩条(1),其特征是:在H型钢檩条(1)上部翼缘板面上扣合焊接着冷弯槽钢(2),通过自攻螺钉(3)将外围护板(4)固接在H型钢檩条(1)翼缘板面外侧的冷弯槽钢(2)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的H型钢檩条与围护板连接结构,其特征是:冷弯槽钢(2)扣合焊接在H型钢檩条(1)上部翼缘板面的轴线上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的H型钢檩条与围护板连接结构,其特征是:冷弯槽钢(2)由钢板冷弯构成,其尺寸为高50mm,腿宽30mm,腰厚2-3mm。
