技术领域
本实用新型涉及金属建筑材料,尤其涉及一种冷弯薄壁型钢焊接式桁架檩条。
背景技术
檩条是有檩屋盖体系结构中的主要构件,传统的轻型屋面檩条系统一般采用“Z”型或者“C”的冷弯薄壁实腹式型钢,经济跨度通常在6-9m之间。当屋面檩条跨度需达到9~18m时,或是荷载和檩距较大时,冷弯薄壁型钢檩条满足不了结构受力要求,通常需要用实腹式H型钢梁或高频焊H型钢梁代替檩条,这样会使结构的用钢量大幅增长,增加建筑的成本。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种冷弯薄壁型钢焊接式桁架檩条,包括冷弯薄壁型钢A、冷弯薄壁型钢B、薄壁钢管和缀板,桁架檩条的上下弦杆采用了独特的带有预冲孔缀板的“W”型断面的冷弯薄壁型钢构成。带缀板的弦杆比开口冷弯型钢受力性能更合理;缀板可以方便地与小檩条对中连接,构造双檩条金属屋面系统;另外,屋面板与檩条系统的连接通过预冲孔缀板实现,定位准确,传力没有偏心,且弦杆断面没有螺钉孔洞,檩条的净截面面积没有损失;桁架的腹杆采用薄壁钢管,钢管的两端压扁,桁架檩条的端腹杆采用“T”型钢制成,保证了端腹杆的强度;同时,由于端腹杆的上端伸入支座,将支座反力直接传递到下弦,消除了上弦杆的端部弯矩,使桁架受力更合理;桁架檩条的腹杆与弦杆均采用角焊缝连接,这样的连接方式既保证了桁架节点的强度,也使得桁架的外观整洁。
本实用新型的有益效果是:檩条不但可以应用于大柱距屋面系统,同时,由于桁架本身的刚度较大,也可以应用于有悬挂荷载的屋面系统;另外由于桁架的腹杆间存在空间,一定尺寸的设备管线可在桁架间自由穿行,可降低室内净高的要求;相对于实腹式H型钢檩条,可节省用钢量约20%,可以有效地降低工程造价。
