本实用新型属于建筑技术领域。
背景技术
目前,箱梁通风孔基本都采用预埋PVC管成孔。其不足是:1、PVC管不能重复利用;2、混凝土在振捣过程中挤压PVC管,容易造成PVC管变形或破损,影响成孔质量;3、在振捣过程中振捣棒碰触PVC管,容易造成通风孔位置偏移。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:
提供一种操作简单,成孔质量高的箱梁通风孔成孔器。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
在锥形钢筒的两端口内固定有钢圆环,螺栓与钢圆环内孔穿插配合,螺栓两端有螺母配合固定,在锥形钢筒外套有橡胶套及套筒,锥形钢筒的大头端固定有把手。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
通过使用该通风孔成孔器,有效地解决了使用PVC管造成通风孔变形、破损和位置偏移等质量问题,同时该装置制作成本低,操作简单,可重复使用,节约了大量的PVC管,降低了施工成本,具有较高的推广应用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述:
如图所示,1螺栓、2螺母、3钢筒、4橡胶套、5套筒、6把手、7钢圆环、8箱梁。
各部件的结构组成及相互关系:
螺栓用钢筋加工而成,两端均带有螺纹;钢筒外径与通风孔直径相等,一端加工成锥形状,橡胶套外径与通风孔直径相等,内径加工成倒锥形,正好能闭合地套在钢筒上;套筒内径与通风孔直径相等;钢圆环外径比钢筒内径略小,圆环内径比螺栓直径略大,钢筒、橡胶套和套筒靠近箱梁外侧端均切割成与模板坡度一致的坡角。
一套成孔器共需钢圆环两个,圆环分别焊接在钢筒的两端,焊接时要确保圆环与钢筒垂直,以便螺栓能从两圆环中心通过,橡胶套直接套在钢筒的锥形端,把手与钢筒通过其上的螺栓孔连接,套筒直接套在橡胶套上。
工作过程:
根据设计图纸上的通风孔位置在内、外模板上相应位置打孔,内模孔直径比通风孔直径略大,外模孔直径比螺栓直径略大,梁体钢筋入模后把成孔器从内模孔插入,螺栓从外模孔露出后,拧紧螺母,手动使套筒紧贴内模,以免混凝土施工时浆液从内模孔外漏,混凝土达到一定强度时,卸下外模侧螺母,人工用把手抽出钢筒,然后再抽出橡胶套,组装后便可继续使用。
