本实用新型公开了一种适用于车载的无源驱动垂直定向液晶显示器,包括前、后且相对配置的平面玻璃基板,所述的两平面玻璃基板之间留有间距,并与两组分别位于其两侧的边框胶密封连接,形成密封内腔;所述的两平面玻璃基板外表面均贴有偏光板;所述的密封内腔内,两平面玻璃基板相对的内表面均印刷绝缘材料膜;所述的绝缘材料膜的表面分别印刷有垂直取向定向膜;所述的两层垂直取向定向膜之间填充有液晶材料,所述垂直定向取向膜的预倾角在80°~90°。本实用新型的显示器件的对比度至少可提高到原来的十倍以上;即便是用作车载显示屏,在震动、摇摆的环境下也能保证画面不停顿的显示效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液晶显示器,特别是一种具有高对比度,能更好地适用于车载的无源驱动垂直定向液晶显示器。
背景技术
液晶显示是一种被动的显示,它不能发光,只能使用周围环境的光。它显示图案或字符只需很小能量。液晶显示所用的液晶材料是一种兼有液态和固体双重性质的有机物,它的棒状结构在液晶盒内一般平行排列,但在电场作用下能改变其排列方向。
覆盖于液晶显示器内侧的整个显示区的定向层,能够使液晶分子按特定的方向排列,靠近平面玻璃基板的液晶分子与基板表面成一定的角度,称为预倾角。
常用的无源驱动垂直定向液晶显示器由于预倾角的数值使得其在一些出现震动、摇摆等情况的环境下不能正常显示。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有高对比度,且能够在震动、摇摆等环境下正常显示的适用于车载的无源驱动垂直定向液晶显示器。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下的方案来实现:一种适用于车载的无源驱动垂直定向液晶显示器:包括前、后且相对配置的平面玻璃基板,所述的两平面玻璃基板之间留有间距,并与两组分别位于其两侧的边框胶密封连接,形成密封内腔;所述的两平面玻璃基板外表面均贴有偏光板;所述的密封内腔内,两平面玻璃基板相对的内表面均印刷绝缘材料膜;所述的绝缘材料膜的表面分别印刷有垂直取向定向膜;所述的两层垂直取向定向膜之间填充有液晶材料,其特征在于:所述垂直定向取向膜的预倾角在80°~90°。
本实用新型由于使用了预倾角在80°~90°的垂直定向取向膜而具有高对比度的特点,显示器件的对比度至少可提高到原来的十倍以上。即便是在一些常出现震动、摇摆的环境下也能保证画面不停顿的显示效果,因此适用范围较广,特别适用于作车载的显示屏。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的适用于车载的无源驱动垂直定向液晶显示器是本实用新型的实施例,包括数量同为两组的平面玻璃基板1和边框胶3,两组的平面玻璃基板1之间留有规定的距离相对配置,两者与分别位于它们侧边的边框胶3密封连接成密封的内腔。
两组平面玻璃基板1相背的外表面贴有偏光板2,为适用于不同的情况,偏光板2的入射光和透出光的角度可预先定制,例如贴成90°。
而密封的内腔中,两组平面玻璃基板1相对的内表面均印刷有绝缘材料膜4;两侧的绝缘材料膜4的表面则印刷有预倾角为80°~90°的垂直定向膜5。绝缘材料膜4不仅能够有效地防止前、后平面玻璃基板上的电极由于异物等接触而发生短路,而且能够适当增加液晶显示器件的透过率。由于垂直定向膜5材料本身的预倾角为80°~90°,在经过摩擦后,垂直定向膜5表面的分子与膜面呈接近90°的角度。两垂直定向膜5之间经过灌液封口后填充有液晶材料6,液晶材料6的分子在定向膜上进行排列,从而实现液晶显示器件的高对比度效果。

1、一种适用于车载的无源驱动垂直定向液晶显示器,包括前、后且相对配置的平面玻璃基板,所述的两平面玻璃基板之间留有间距,并与两组分别位于其两侧的边框胶密封连接,形成密封内腔;所述的两平面玻璃基板外表面均贴有偏光板;所述的密封内腔内,两平面玻璃基板相对的内表面均印刷绝缘材料膜;所述的绝缘材料膜的表面分别印刷有垂直取向定向膜;所述的两层垂直取向定向膜之间填充有液晶材料,其特征在于:所述垂直定向取向膜的预倾角在80°~90°。
