Abstract

一种定量流体取用器(100),包括壳体(110)、量取室(120)、存储室(130)、单向通道(140)、排出通道(150),进气通道(160),在所述壳体(110)内设一隔板(170)将壳体(110)内的空腔分隔成量取室(120)和存储室(130)两个部分,所述单向通道(140)绕过壳体(110)下部将所述量取室(120)和存储室(130)连通,所述排出通道(150)与所述存储室(130)相通,在所述量取室(120)远离与容器相接的一端设有盖板(190)。本实用新型具有量取的容量可以预先设定和可以实现倒出前一次所量取的液体的同时,量取下一次的液体的优点。

Description

定量流体取用器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可以用在瓶子上的定量流体取用器,具体地说是一种包括有量取室、存储室及设在量取室与存储室之间的单向通道的定量流体取用器。
背景技术
现有的定量流体取用器一般包括量取室、存储室及在量取室与存储室之间的通道三个部分,在定量取液时,首先将定量流体取用器固定在类似于瓶子的容器上。将容器倒置让容器内的流体进入量取室,再翻转容器让量取室内定量后的流体进入存储室。经检索中国专利,中国专利文献CN2069835公开了一种液体容器。该容器由贮体容器和量体容器两部分组成,贮体与量体的敞口都可密封,贮体的壳体上开有输液口和输气口,输气口位于输液口上方量体在贮体外部通过输液口与贮体相通。这种液体容器存在两个问题,一个是当该液体容器的敞口开启时,瓶子内的液体很容易从敞口溢出,达不到量取的目的;二是当敞口封闭时,敞口与大气不通,则瓶子内的液体当其底部的气压与敞口处的气压相等时,液体就会平衡,再不会进入量体内,其计量无法保证。中国专利文献CN2126215公开了一种用于瓶装液体的定量液体取用器,它由定量容器、进液管、出液管、通气管组成。在使用时,只须将液瓶倒置,那么一定量的液体就会装于容器腔体内,插入吸管就可服用。这种结构的定量液体取用器存在所量取的液体只能靠外力吸取才可从容器腔体内吸出,否则存在于容器腔体内的液体无法取出的缺陷。此外,上述两种产品还存在一个共同的问题,那就是它们都不能连续的定量的从容器内量取流体及定量不可调节的问题,同时,还存在一个问题就是它不能兼顾定量取用和连续取用两个情况。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述问题,向社会提供一种可以实现倒出前一次所量取的流体的同时,量取下一次的流体的定量流体取用器。
本实用新型的另一个目的是:本定量流体取用器既可以实现定量取用,也可以实现连续取用。
本实用新型的再一个目的是:本定量流体取用器可以预先设置定量流体的定量容量。
本实用新型的技术方案是:设计一种定量流体取用器,包括量取室、单向通道、存储室和排出通道,所述单向通道将所述量取室和存储室连通,所述排出通道与所述存储室相通,所述量取室有一端是开放的,可以与存储容器连接,所述量取室非与容器相接的一端设有盖板。
所述量取室具有进气通道。
所述量取室上的盖板是活动的。
在所述单向通道上设有一凸形弯道,以保证流体从量取室单向流入存储室。
在所述量取室内设有一调节滑块,用于调节量取室的容积。
本实用新型具有量取的容量可以预先设定和可以实现倒出前一次所量取的流体的同时,量取下一次的流体的优点;同时,还具有既可以实现定量取用,也可以实现连续取用的优点。

具体实施方式
请参见图1,图1是一种定量流体取用器100,包括壳体110、量取室120、存储室130、单向通道140、排出通道150,进气通道160,在所述壳体110内设一隔板170将壳体110内的空腔分隔成量取室120和存储室130两个部分,所述单向通道140绕过壳体110下部将所述量取室120和存储室130连通,所述排出通道150与所述存储室130相通,在所述量取室120远离与容器相接的一端设有盖板190,所述进气通道160为U形,进气通道160一端设在盖板190之下与量取室120相通,另一端与排出通道150相通。
请参见图2,图2是图1的A-A剖视结构示意图。从图2可以看出,在所述单向通道140上设有一凸形弯道200,设置凸形弯道200的目的是在使用时将凸形弯道200朝上,以保证量取室120内的流体只能单向流入存储室130,也就是说流体当流体液面低于凸形弯道200的最高后,流体就不会回流了。
请参见图3至图6,图3是至图6是图1所示实施例的四种使用状态示意图。使用时,按图3中的指示,将本实用新型定量流体取用器100,安装在盛有流体220的瓶子210上,如图4所示,将瓶子210朝下,瓶子210内的流体220在重力的作用下,会流入并充满量取室120,然后,如图5所示,再将瓶子210朝上,这时,量取室120内的流体会通过单向通道140经过凸形弯道(不可见)进入存储室130内备用;如图6所示,如果再次使用,则将瓶子210再次朝下,这时,位于存储室130内的流体会通过排出通道150排出定量流体取用器100,同时,瓶子210内的流体220会再次流入并充满量取室120。如此,就实现了在倒出前一次所量取的流体的同时,量取下一次的流体的目的。
请参见图7和图8,图7和图8是本实用新型另一种实施例的结构示意图。它是在图1和图2所示实施的基础上,在量取室120加设了一调节滑块300,通过上下抽动调节滑块300可以改变量取室120容量大小,这样就可以实现预先设置量取室120容量的大小。图7所示为容量最小状态,图8所示为容量最大状态。
请参见图9至图12,图9至图12是本实用新型第三种实施例的四种使用状态示意图。图9至图12所示的实施例与图1和图2所示实施例,其结构大体相同,所不同是量取室120和存储室130的形状有所变化,这种变化更有利于缩小本实用新型的体积,在相同量取容量的情况下,其体积只有图1和图2所示实施例的2/3。
请参见图13至图16,图13至图16是本实用新型第四种实施例的四种使用状态示意图。它与图9至图12所示实施一样,只是改变了量取室120和存储室130的形状。
图17是本实用新型第五种实施例的一种使用状态示意图。该实施例的主要特点是操作时流道所位于流体运动的最低位置。
图9至图17所示的三种实施例,它不仅适合于液体物质的定量量取,还特别适合于小颗粒固体物的量取。
请参见图18至图20,图18至图20所示实施例揭示地是所述盖板190为活动设置时的状态。所谓盖板190为活动设置是指盖板190可在量取定120上拆下或装上,当折下时,如图19所示,它可以作为普通瓶所用,也就是可以直接倒出流体220,实现连续取用流体220的目的;当装上盖板190时,它又成为了定量流体取用器100。
本文中所称流体是指液体或可流动的小颗粒固体物。

Claims (5)

1、一种定量流体取用器,其特征在于:包括量取室、单向通道、存储室和排出通道,所述单向通道将所述量取室和存储室连通,所述排出通道与所述存储室相通,所述量取室有一端是开放的,可以与存储容器连接,所述量取室远离与容器相接的一端设有盖板。
2、根据权利要求1所述的定量流体取用器,其特征在于:所述量取室具有进气通道。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的定量流体取用器,其特征在于:所述量取室上的盖板是活动的。
4、根据权利要求3所述的定量流体取用器,其特征在于:在所述单向通道上设有一凸形弯道,以保证液体从量取室单向流入存储室。
5、根据权利要求4所述的定量流体取用器,其特征在于:在所述量取室内设有一调节滑块,用于调节量取室的容积。
