本实用新型涉及风力发电技术领域,特别是一种多风向立轴式风力发电机。
背景技术
目前的立轴式风力发电机主要包括主轴、导向板、风轮、叶片、液压泵和发电机,叶片依靠风力的推动带动主轴转动,然后通过液压泵和发电机发电,当叶片受风力的推动顺风旋转,而当叶片转到另一侧时会受到反向风力的作用,反向风力会抵消一部份风机的动力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工作效率高的多风向立轴式风力发电机。
本实用新型是这样实现的,它包括主轴、导向板、风轮、叶片、液压泵、高压泵管、变速箱和发电机,主轴与前端液压泵相连接,在两台液压泵之间设置有高压泵管,后端液压泵的输出经变速箱与发电机相连接,其特征是在风轮的上端、下端和两个侧端分别设置有进风筒,在风轮机的两侧设置有聚风板。
本实用新型由于在风轮的上端、下端和两个侧端分别设置有进风筒,在风轮的两侧设置有聚风板,使风轮在四个方向获得风能,又由于聚风板的作用使风轮的正面受力更加集中,有效的提高了发电机的工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,该多风向立轴式风力发电机包括主轴1、导向板2、风轮3、叶片4、进风筒5、聚风板6、液压泵7、高压泵管8、变速箱9和发电机10,主轴1与前端液压泵7相连接,在两台液压泵7之间设置有高压泵管8,后端液压泵7的输出经变速箱9与发电机10相连接,在风轮3的上端、下端和两个侧端分别设置有进风筒5,在风轮3的两侧设置有聚风板6,工作时,风力分别从正方和进风筒5吹向叶片4,使风轮3的后半部分的叶片4也得到风力推动,两个聚风板6的设计使风轮3的正面受力更加集中,在导向板2作用下使风机的全部进风口11始终处于最佳的风向角度。
