背景技术
近年来,随着海洋开发的不断深入,海洋能的利用也越来越受到人们的关注,尤其是潮流能蕴藏的能量巨大,有运用潮流能水轮机来进行发电,但目前潮流能水轮机的叶片均为固定式,水流双向冲击叶片,造成发电效率低下,是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型竖轴潮流能水轮机。
本实用新型要解决的问题是目前潮流能水轮机的叶片均为固定式,造成发电效率低下的不足。  
一种新型竖轴潮流能水轮机,包括转轴、限位轴、凹槽、叶片、连接轴和圆形基座,其特征是:所述圆形基座边缘开有多个凹槽,凹槽旁安装有转轴,转轴上安装有叶片,叶片上安装有限位轴,且限位轴一端位于凹槽内,圆形基座中部安装有连接轴。
所述凹槽呈月牙型。
所述圆形基座的直径为2m,厚度为3mm。
所述叶片长度为50mm,厚度为6mm。
所述圆形基座边缘开有6-8个凹槽。
本实用新型的优点:与现有技术相比,本实用新型的叶片为可转动式,当水流冲击时一侧的叶片不受力,可有效减轻两侧冲击力的抵消,以提高发电效率,结构简单可靠,应具有广泛的市场前景。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
一种新型竖轴潮流能水轮机,包括转轴1、限位轴2、凹槽3、叶片4、连接轴5和圆形基座6,其特征是:所述圆形基座6边缘开有多个凹槽3,凹槽3旁安装有转轴1,转轴1上安装有叶片4,使得叶片4能够绕着转轴1转动;叶片4上安装有限位轴2,且限位轴2一端位于凹槽3内,这样当叶片4转动的时候可对其的转动角度进行限定;圆形基座6中部安装有连接轴5,用于连接发电机。
所述凹槽3呈月牙型,使得限位轴2能够平滑的移动。
所述圆形基座6的直径为2m,厚度为3mm。
所述叶片4长度为50mm,厚度为6mm。
所述圆形基座6边缘开有8个凹槽3,以安装足够的叶片4,提高能源利用率。
本实用新型的使用方法,将本实用新型通过连接轴5与发电机连接后放入潮流中,当潮流冲击叶片4时,一侧的叶片4受力,另一侧的叶片4悬空不受力,这样就推动圆形基座6转动从而带动发电机转动发电。

1.一种新型竖轴潮流能水轮机,包括转轴(1)、限位轴(2)、凹槽(3)、叶片(4)、连接轴(5)和圆形基座(6),其特征是:所述圆形基座(6)边缘开有多个凹槽(3),凹槽(3)旁安装有转轴(1),转轴(1)上安装有叶片(4),叶片(4)上安装有限位轴(2),且限位轴(2)一端位于凹槽(3)内,圆形基座(6)中部安装有连接轴(5)。
