Abstract

一种垂直轴式风力发电叶轮,包括捕风构件和水平连接杆、垂直轴,水平连接杆一端与捕风构件连接,另一端与垂直轴连接,其特征在于所述的捕风构件由上捕风片、下捕风片、弧形导风板和V形捕风片组成,其中的弧形导风板的上下端分别固定上捕风片与下捕风片,前端设有V形捕风片;V形捕风片与上下捕风片无缝隙连接;其特征还在于所述的V形捕风片边缘为抛物线形。本发明专利是根据仿生学原理,捕风构件模仿自然界中鱼类的外形而设计的高效风轮,结构简单合理,制造成本低,与传统的垂直式风力发电机叶轮相比,排风阻力小、效率高,且可在不同风向环境中保持一个方向旋转、不产生反转,适用范围广,具有广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种垂直轴式风力发电叶轮,属于风力发电设备领域,是一种高效的垂直轴式风力发电叶轮。
背景技术
随着化石能源的日益枯竭,人类必须合理利用能找到的有效能源,如风能。而风力作为发电能源只占现有发电能源的极少部分,其主要原因之一就是风力发电设备效率低。目前现有的垂直轴发电机叶轮大部分是依靠在垂直轴上固定的曲面构成捕风构件,曲面逆风方向实际投影面积和捕风面积相同,效率难以提高,部分工作面带开闭的合叶式叶轮,结构的复杂,旋转重心不固定,工作时易震动,产生噪音。
发明内容
为了克服现有垂直轴风力发电叶轮的捕风器在逆风方向有较大的投影面积,旋转重心不固定等缺点,本发明专利提供一种高效的垂直轴叶轮,其捕风构件模仿自然界中鱼类的外形,捕风构件正面迎风时受到的旋转阻力最小,在其它方向都会受到一定的旋转推动力,以达到最高效率。
本发明专利的技术解决方案是这样实现的:
一种垂直轴式风力发电叶轮,包括捕风构件和水平连接杆、垂直轴,水平连接杆一端与捕风构件连接,另一端与垂直轴连接,其特征在于所述的捕风构件由上捕风片、下捕风片、弧形导风板和V形捕风片组成,其中的弧形导风板的上下端分别固定上捕风片与下捕风片,前端设有V形捕风片;V形捕风片与上下捕风片4、5无缝隙连接;其特征还在于所述的V形捕风片边缘为抛物线形。所述的水平连接杆和捕风构件数量相等且为多个。
本发明专利具有以下优点:
1、捕风构件迎风时阻力小,其它方向旋转推力大,与传统垂直轴式风轮相比实用、效率高,更适合风向不定的地方。
2、捕风构件结构固定,工作时无活动零件,旋转重心固定,工作平稳无噪音。
3、捕风构件设置灵活,可根据需要任意设置捕风构件数量。
4、由于风能动力直接由垂直轴传递至地面位置,发电机及其它相关机件在地面安置,除了方便安装以外,还避免了保养和维修人员进行高空作业,使系统维护更加方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明专利作进一步的说明。
如附图1及附图2所示,本发明专利包括捕风构件1、水平连接杆2、垂直轴3,水平连接杆2一端与捕风构件1连接,另一端与垂直轴3连接。捕风构件1由上捕风片4、下捕风片5、弧形导风板6和V形捕风片7组成,其中的弧形导风板6的上下端分别固定带有一定弧度的纺锤形上捕风片4与下捕风片5,前端设有V形捕风片7;V形捕风片7与上下纺锤形捕风片4、5无缝隙连接;V形捕风片7边缘为抛物线形8。水平连接杆2和捕风构件7数量相等且为多个。
当风从不同方向吹向弧形导风板6时气流被导到V形捕风片7与上捕风片4、下捕风片5上,产生推力,推动捕风构件1旋转。捕风构件1通过水平连接杆2带动垂直轴3旋转,将动力传送到地面发电机发电。整个捕风构件1与鱼的体形相似,两头尖而中间凸呈纺锤形,在旋转过程中,V形捕风片7的抛物线形边缘8使得迎风方向投影面积减小,减小了迎风阻力,增加非水平进风量,使得捕风构件在旋转过程中受到的旋转阻力最小,提高了叶轮的效率。

1.一种垂直轴式风力发电叶轮,包括捕风构件(1)和水平连接杆(2)、垂直轴(3),水平连接杆(2)一端与捕风构件(1)连接,另一端与垂直轴(3)连接,其特征在于所述的捕风构件(1)由上捕风片(4)、下捕风片(5)、弧形导风板(6)和V形捕风片(7)组成,其中的弧形导风板(6)的上下端分别固定上捕风片(4)与下捕风片(5),前端设有V形捕风片(7);V形捕风片(7)与上下捕风片(4、5)无缝隙连接;其特征还在于所述的V形捕风片(7)边缘为抛物线形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垂直轴式风力发电叶轮,其特征在于所述的水平连接杆(2)和捕风构件(1)数量相等且为多个。
