背景技术
地面插座，一般上由面板、上盖、跳座、跳框、功能件等构成，如本申请人曾设计的一种“地面插座”(200520015020.2，公告日：2006.10.18)，它包括面板、上盖、跳座、跳框、功能件、功能件压条、绝缘垫、接线座及接线座支架、开闭机构，跳框通过滑轴、扭簧和轴用弹性挡圈与跳座抠接，跳框中安装功能件后固定功能件压条，阻尼器一端固定在功能件压条上、另一端固定在接线座上。但是，现有的上盖一个整体，压铸成形(压铸时有环境污染)，成品率低，重量重，成本高。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种地面插座上盖，它生产效率高，成本低。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的解决方案是：一种地面插座上盖，由拉伸成型的面板下面紧密接合衬板，面板与衬板组合件的四周通过激光焊接具有焊边，衬板中开有矩形孔，矩形孔的一侧制有用作固定跳框的固定耳。
本实用新型由两个零件面板和衬板组成，面板通过拉伸成形，再把衬板搭配后焊接，就组成了一个上盖部件。由于无需利用压铸工艺，它生产效率高，成本低。
