本实用新型公开了一种汽车轮胎用垫带，垫带体采用普通胶质胶料，其特征是R弧部位部分采用优质胶料，使普通胶质胶料与优质胶料复合在一起形成一个整体，具有价格适宜、质量可靠、不易损坏、使用寿命长等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车轮胎用垫带。
背景技术：
垫带装置在轮辋与内胎之间，主要用于保护轮胎内胎不被轮辋磨破，并保护内胎不会被外胎趾口与轮辋夹坏。目前的汽车用垫带保护效果不够理想，主要是垫带都是由单一的普通胶质胶料制成，由于载重汽车多数都在超载状况，在长时间高温、屈挠状态下，使用过程中R弧部位易损坏，不能长久地保护内胎，如果采用的胶料质量太高，又造成其价格较贵。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种价格适宜、质量可靠、不易损坏的汽车轮胎用垫带。
为了实现上述的目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是，垫带体采用普通胶质胶料，R弧部位部分采用优质胶料，使普通胶质胶料与优质胶料复合在一起形成一个整体。
这样，由于汽车轮胎用垫带容易损坏的R弧部位的材料采用优质胶料，强度较高，不易损坏，延长了整个垫带的使用寿命，其余的大部分仍采用普通胶质胶料，整体材料价格仍保持在较低的水平，具有价格适宜、质量可靠、不易损坏等特点。

具体实施方式：
由图1、图2可知，本实用新型为园环带状结构，垫带体1采用普通胶质胶料，制造时普通胶质胶料扯断强度大于10MPa，扯断伸长率大于400MPa。上下R弧部位2部分采用优质胶料，制造时优质胶料扯断强度大于15MPa，扯断伸长率大于480MPa。利用双胶质胶料垫带生产模具使普通胶质胶料与优质胶料复合粘结在一起形成一个整体。本实用新型可根据轮胎规格大小生产出系列产品。
