背景技术：
垫带装置在轮辋与内胎之间，主要用于保护轮胎内胎不被轮辋磨破，并保护内胎不会被外胎趾口与轮辋夹坏。为了防止气门嘴对内胎的损坏，在气门嘴部位又加了一层气门嘴保护片，目前的气门嘴保护片由孔套体、保护片等构成，保护片为长方平面体形状，孔套体装置在保护片一侧，由于垫带内边侧为弧形状，这样，保护片与垫带内边侧叠加时被迫弯曲，造成折叠，使用时，就会降低保护片的使用寿命。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用寿命较长的轮胎垫带气门嘴保护片。
为了实现上述的目的，本实用新型包括：孔套体、保护片，孔套体通过台阶固定设置在保护片一侧，保护片为薄片状，将保护片与垫带内边侧的叠加段设置为弧形状。
这样，在使用时，将本实用新型装置在气门嘴部位，由于其结构形状与垫带叠加形状相吻合，不会发生折叠现象，能够延长其使用寿命

具体实施方式：
由图1、图2可知，本实用新型包括：孔套体1、保护片4。孔套体1通过台阶3固定设置在保护片一侧，孔套体中间为孔圈2，使用时，孔圈2中穿有气门芯。保护片4为薄片状，将保护片与垫带内边侧的叠加段设置为弧形状，并与垫带弧形状相匹配，保护片的材质与垫带的材质相适应，以便二者叠加接触良好。本实用新型可根据轮胎规格大小生产出系列产品。
