本实用新型公开了一种锂电池极片分条刀片,由上刀片和下刀片组成,上刀片和下刀片均为圆环状,两刀片外圆周的刃口相对面重叠接触,其特征在于:所述的上刀片的刃口具有小负角,使刃口更锋利,下刀片刃口与上刀片刃口接触在小负角的根部,增加上刀片的强度。其有益效果在于:上刀片的刃口具有小负角,下刀片刃口与上刀片刃口接触在小负角的根部。分条刀上、下刀片剪切时,上刀刃与下刀侧面有合适的间隙,很好的保护了脆弱的上刀刃,可以减少上刀刃产生缺口,延长刀片使用寿命,减少分条极片毛刺,提高极片品质。

本实用新型涉及一种锂电池加工设备,尤其是一种用于锂电池极片分条刀片。
背景技术:
随着多媒体娱乐设备、电动工具及移动电源的高速发展和更新换代,诸如手机、数码相机、MP3、MP4等的日益普及,全球对电池的需求急剧上升,而锂离子电池(包括液体锂离子电池和聚合物锂离子电池)则由于拥有高电容量、重量轻、外型多变、环保及良好的放电性能等优势,成为电子产品的首选电池。
作为锂电池重要原材料的电池极片,其品质好坏是保证锂电池质量的关键所在,而电池极片的品质好坏,很大程度地受到电池极片分切质量的影响,现在生产中常用的分条刀结构如图1所示:上、下刀片剪切时,上刀刃紧贴下刀侧面刃口,极片经过上、下刀重叠处后被分切成条。现有分条刀片的缺陷是:由于上刀片的刃口较脆弱,剪切的过程中,刀刃很容易产生缺口,所以常规刀片使用寿命短,分条后的极片毛刺大,不能保证分切后的极片质量。
发明内容:
本实用新型针对上述分条刀片存在的缺点和不足,提供了一种可以减少上刀刃缺口,延长刀片使用寿命,减少分条极片毛刺,提高极片品质的锂电池极片分条刀片。

如附2图所示,本实用新型所述的这种锂电池极片分条刀片,由上刀片1和下刀片2组成,上刀片1和下刀片2均为圆环状,两刀片外圆周的刃口相对面重叠接触,上刀片1的刃口具有小负角4,下刀片2刃口与上刀片1刃口接触点5在小负角4的根部。分条刀上、下刀片剪切时,上刀刃与下刀侧面有合适的间隙,很好的保护了脆弱的上刀刃,可以减少上刀刃产生缺口,延长刀片使用寿命,减少分条极片毛刺,提高极片品质。
