有金属片式加热器的定影器,涉及一种定影器,具体是加热器为金属片式加热器的定影器。在热辊与压力辊接触部的边缘上设有金属片式加热器,金属片式加热器的金属基板上面依次涂覆绝缘层、发热层、玻璃绝缘保护层,其上有电源接入触点,金属基板下面涂覆玻璃绝缘保护层。本实用新型采用金属片式加热器,金属片式加热器厚0.3-10mm,体积小;因基板为金属,不会在急剧升温、高压力、高温下破碎、断裂,使用寿命长;金属基板上面依次涂覆绝缘层、发热层、玻璃绝缘保护层,各层无间隙,提高了定影温度和速度,能耗低;最外层为坚硬、光滑的玻璃绝缘保护层,走纸顺畅,定影速度快、效率高。本实用新型能耗小、热效率高、体积小、成本低、使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及一种定影器,具体是加热器为金属片式加热器的定影器。
背景技术
打印机、复印机、传真机、印刷机器是目前广泛使用的办公设备,定影器是其中的一种非常重要的部件,其工作原理是利用其内部的加热器所产生的高温将碳粉固化在纸张等介质上。目前广泛采用的加热器是灯管式加热器、陶瓷加热器、电磁加热器等,其各有其的优点,但主要存在能耗大、热效率低、体积大、成本高及使用寿命短等不足之处。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种能耗小、热效率高、体积小、成本低、使用寿命长的有金属片式加热器的定影器。
本实用新型目的的实现方式是,有金属片式加热器的定影器,有出纸辊、热辊和压力辊,热辊外套有薄壁定影管,在热辊与压力辊接触部的边缘上设有金属片式加热器,金属片式加热器的金属基板上面依次涂覆绝缘层、发热层、玻璃绝缘保护层,其上有电源接入触点,金属基板下面涂覆玻璃绝缘保护层。
本实用新型采用金属片式加热器,金属片式加热器厚0.3-10mm,体积小;因基板为金属,不会在急剧升温、高压力、高温下破碎、断裂,使用寿命长;金属基板上面依次涂覆绝缘层、发热层、玻璃绝缘保护层,各层无间隙,提高了定影温度和速度,能耗低;最外层为坚硬、光滑的玻璃绝缘保护层,走纸顺畅,定影速度快、效率高。
本实用新型能耗小、热效率高、体积小、成本低、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型有出纸辊6、热辊1和压力辊4,热辊外套有薄壁定影管2,在热辊与压力辊接触部的边缘上设有金属片式加热器3。金属片式加热器3厚0.3-10mm。
参照图2,金属片式加热器3的金属基板7上面依次涂覆绝缘层8、发热层9、玻璃绝缘保护层10,其上有电源接入触点11,金属基板7下面涂覆玻璃绝缘保护层10。金属基板7为铝、铜、钢材或其它金属基板。电源接入触点11为包围式安全触点。
本实用新型工作时,压力辊4在马达的驱动下按箭头方向高速旋转,从而带动热辊1外所套的薄壁定影管2旋转,当电源由电源接入触点11传给发热层9发热,并经玻璃绝缘保护层10传给薄壁定影管2,使经过此处的需定影纸5上的碳粉受热固化而定影,定影后的纸经出纸辊6传送出去。

Claims (4)

1.有金属片式加热器的定影器,有出纸辊(6)、热辊(1)和压力辊(4),热辊外套有薄壁定影管(2),其特征在于在热辊与压力辊接触部的边缘上设有金属片式加热器(3),金属片式加热器(3)的金属基板(7)上面依次涂覆绝缘层(8)、发热层(9)、玻璃绝缘保护层(10),其上有电源接入触点(11),金属基板(7)下面涂覆玻璃绝缘保护层(10)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的有金属片式加热器的定影器,其特征在于金属片式加热器(3)厚0.3-10mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的有金属片式加热器的定影器,其特征在于金属基板(7)为铝、铜或钢材基板。
4、根据权利要求1所述的有金属片式加热器的定影器,其特征在于电源接入触点(11)为包围式安全触点。
