背景技术
现有的炉芯有单层结构,也有内、外胆夹层结构,进风口大多设在外胆中,内胆上的通风口设在上端或炉口上,分布不合理,燃烧时不能充分供氧,燃料燃烧不充分,常常有黑烟产生,不利于环保、节能,热效率不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种燃烧时能够提供充足的氧气,燃料燃烧充分,能够提高燃料燃烧时的热效率的新型节能炉芯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种新型节能炉芯,包括外胆2,外胆2下部开口截面积小大于上部开口截面积,外胆2下部开有一次风道5,外胆2内套有内胆1,内胆1与外胆2之间设有二次风道4,二次风道4下部开口上端封闭,在内胆1的胆壁上设有多外通风口3。通风口3为圆形或椭圆形或多边形。通风口3在内胆1壁上自下而上逐渐增多。
本实用新型提供的炉芯,由于采用了上部开口小,下部开口大的结构,使燃烧时火力更加集中,内胆上通风口的设置,可通过二次风道向内胆内补充氧气,使燃料燃烧更加充分。

本实用新型结构如下:一种新型节能炉芯,包括外胆2,外胆2下部开口截面积小大于上部开口截面积,外胆2下部开有一次风道5,外胆2内套有内胆1,内胆1与外胆2之间设有二次风道4,二次风道4下部开口上端封闭,在内胆1的胆壁上设有多外通风口3。通风口3为圆形或椭圆形或多边形。通风口3在内胆1壁上自下而上逐渐增多。
本实用新型可配合不同的炉具使用,在使生物燃料如木柴时,在内胆1设置炉桥,燃料置于炉桥上燃烧,燃烧时通过控制一次风道5的开启大小来控制火力和内胆2内气化反应速度,由于二次风道4包围在内胆1外部且下部开口,内胆1内燃料的燃烧可使二次风道4内的空气升温形成一定的风压,燃料燃烧产生的含有可燃气体的烟气流与通风口3喷出的高温空气相遇,使燃料燃烧充分。

1、一种新型节能炉芯,包括外胆(2),其特征在于:外胆(2)下部开口截面积小大于上部开口截面积,外胆(2)下部开有一次风道(5),外胆(2)内套有内胆(1),内胆(1)与外胆(2)之间设有二次风道(4),二次风道(4)下部开口上端封闭,在内胆(1)的胆壁上设有多外通风口(3)。

3、根据权利要求1或2所述的新型节能炉芯,其特征在于:通风口(3)在内胆(1)壁上自下而上逐渐增多。
