本实用新型集光束定向LED投光灯,由组合式灯体和大功率、小角度LED构成,组合式灯体是由主散热型材和纵向插装其上的两翼散热型材,灯座散热型材及其两端的挡板组成的扇面型体。灯座散热型材上的散热翅片为直流散热的圆弧形。相对的翅片之间有通畅的风道,主散热型材上的灯座散热型材可为5条,其上间隔安装小角度LED。本实用新型容易制作,成本低,由于是风冷散热,散热效果好,使用寿命也长,能满足大功率LED的使用环境条件,该灯投光集中,投射距离远,可有效照亮设计区域,是一种新型照明工具,应用泛围十分广泛,很有推广价值。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及民用灯具,具体而言,是一种新光源LED照明灯具。
背景技术
LED发光二极管作为一种电致发光光源,既不同于白炽灯,卤钨灯等高热辐射光源,亦不同于荧光灯、高压钠灯等气体放电光源,它是电致发光光源。其基本工作原理是利用固体半导体芯片作为发光材料,当两端加上电压,半导体中的载流子发生复合引起光子状发射而产生光,所发出的光是非辐射光,光色纯正,光束集中,是色指数高,温度特性好,具有电量消耗低、性能稳定、寿命长、无污染、使用简单等优点。现已有1瓦以上的LED,光通量达到每瓦80Lm,发射出的光束发散角一般为90°-140°,其性价比在照明领域已经进入了可以大规模实际应用的阶段。但是目前LED的单个功率有限,成熟稳定的产品只能做到几瓦,将其用于道路照明,就需要探索新的照明模式,科学设计路灯结构,改泛光照明为定向照明,以发挥LED的特长,追求最佳的节能照明效果。
发明内容
本实用新型就是针对市场需要提供的一种集光束定向LED投光灯,该灯由组合式灯体和大功率,小角度LED构成,组合式灯体是由主散热型材和纵向插装其上的两翼散热型材、灯座散热型材及两端的挡板组成的扇面型长条灯。灯座散热型材上的散热翅片为直流散热的圆弧形,两两相对的翅片之间有通畅的风道。主散热型材上的灯座散热型材可为5条,其上等距间隔安装发射角15°-65°的小角度LED。端部挡板上有灯杆或灯座安装孔,以安装于路灯的灯杆上。本实用新型的灯体虽然结构形状复杂,但可由几种相对简单的铝合金型材组装而成,容易制做,成本低。由于采用了直接风冷散热,散热效果好,可长时间连续工作,使用寿命也长,能满足大功率的使用环境条件,LED采用1瓦以上大功率和15°-65°的小发射角LED,投光集中,投射距离远,可有效照亮设计照明区域,如道路路面,是一种新型的照明工具,应用范围十分广泛,很有推广价值。

具体实施方式
如图1、图3所示,本实用新型集光束定向LED投光灯,由组合式灯体和大功率、小角度LED构成,组合式灯体是由主散热型材1,和纵向插装其上的两翼散热型材2、灯座散热型材3及其两端的挡板4、5组成的扇面型长条灯,灯座散热型材3上的散热翅片6为直流散热的圆弧形,相对的翅片之间有通风道7.
如图2所示,主散热型材1上的灯座散热型材3为5条,其上间隔安装发射角15°-65°的LED9,端部挡板5上有灯杆或灯座安装孔8。

Claims (3)

1、集光束定向LED投光灯,其特征在于由组合式灯体和大功率、小角度LED构成,所说的组合式灯体是由主散热型材(1)和纵向插装其上的两翼散热型材(2)、灯座散热型材(3)及其两端的挡板(4)、(5)组成的扇面型体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的集光束定向LED投光灯,其特征在于所说的灯座散热型材(3)上的散热翅片(6)为直流散热的圆弧形,相对的翅片之间有通畅的风道(7)。
3、根据权利要求1和2所述的集光束定向LED投光灯,其特征在于所说主散热型材(1)上的灯座散热型(3)为5条,其上等距间隔安装发射角15°-65°的LED,端部挡板(5)上有灯杆或灯座安装孔(8)。
