本实用新型公开了一种在加气站使用的压缩机气缸,可提高气缸体使用寿命的优点。该压缩机气缸,包括本体与压缩腔,在本体上设置有多个与压缩腔相离的冷却孔。通过在本体上设置的多个冷却孔,在气缸工作时,冷却水能到达接近压缩腔的地方,从而可大大地提高气缸的冷却效果,提高缸体的使用寿命,尤其适合在高压级的气缸上面推广使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气缸,尤其是涉及一种在加气站使用的压缩机气缸。
背景技术
目前,压缩机气缸在工作中采用均冷却水进行冷却,但传统压缩机气缸是通过在气缸外表面设置水夹套的方式进行冷却,由于水夹套是设置在气缸的外表面上,距离气缸体的受热部位较远,冷却效果不理想,尤其对高压级的气缸体而言,冷却效果更为不理想,从而使得气缸体产生高温,容易在活塞反复的摩擦力作用下降低使用寿命;另外,传统压缩机的中低压气缸内壁不镶钢套,缸体内表面直接与活塞摩擦,从而使得气缸体的内表面容易磨损,造成气缸体的更换维护周期缩短,大大增加了生产制造成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可提高气缸体使用寿命的压缩机气缸。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:压缩机气缸,包括本体与压缩腔,在本体上设置有多个与压缩腔相离的冷却孔。
作为上述技术方案的优选方案,所述冷却孔在本体上均布设置。
进一步的是,在本体的内表面上固定设置有缸套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过在本体上设置的多个冷却孔,在气缸工作时,冷却水能到达接近压缩腔的地方,从而可大大地提高气缸的冷却效果,提高缸体的使用寿命,尤其适合在高压级的气缸上面推广使用。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型的压缩机气缸,包括本体1与压缩腔4,在本体1上设置有多个与压缩腔4相离的冷却孔2。冷却孔2与压缩腔4即指冷却孔2未与压缩腔4相通,其中,冷却孔2可以是在本体1的周边上沿本体1的径向方向设置的盲孔,或在本体1的侧面设置的通孔,也可以是沿缸体的轴线方向设置的通孔等形式实现。通过在本体1上设置的多个冷却孔2,在气缸工作时,冷却水能到达接近压缩腔的地方,从而可大大地提高气缸的冷却效果,提高缸体的使用寿命。为达到更好的冷却效果,冷却孔2最好在本体1上均布设置,从而使气缸各个部分的冷却趋势达到一致。
为了能减缓缸体的磨损,在本体1的内表面上固定设置有缸套3。缸套3可通过扣接、卡接等形式固定设置在本体1的内表面上。这样,在活塞工作时,只会造成缸套3的磨损,这样就只需更换缸套3即可,从而可大大降低生产制造成本,提高气缸的使用寿命。

1. 压缩机气缸,包括本体(1)与压缩腔(4),其特征是:在本体(1)上设置有多个与压缩腔(4)相离的冷却孔(2)。
2. 如权利要求1所述的压缩机气缸,其特征是:所述冷却孔(2)在本体(1)上均布设置。
3. 如权利要求1所述的压缩机气缸,其特征是:在本体(1)的内表面上固定设置有缸套(3)。
