目前，在碳素制品生产过程中，采用对辊破碎机对煅后焦粒进行破碎，其缺陷是给料装置常采用振动给料机，无破碎功能，大中颗粒加入对辊破碎机后，长时间滞留在两对辊之间，不能被破碎，影响生产产量，对辊表面产生严重磨损；为了解决这个问题，大多数采用两级对辊破碎机，一级对辊间隙调大，另一级对辊间隙调小，造成两台设备投资大，工作功率消耗高。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的，是提供一种定量破碎机，它是采用减速器驱动齿轮辊正反旋转，将上方碳素颗粒料挤入在壳体内齿轮辊与耐磨板之间的锲形空间内，对碳素颗粒料挤压破碎。具有强制下料功能，不棚料，破碎效率高，低速小功率，单机工作节约能耗，体积小，设备投资低，操作方便，解决碳素生产中对煅后焦粗破碎和给下道工序对辊式破碎机定量均匀的喂料。
