所属技术领域  本发明涉及一种伸缩管式换热器,可广泛应用于铸造生产中铸铁熔炼过程中。
背景技术
现有的管式换热器,在烟气入口处的高温烟气作用下,靠近烟气入口处的零部件易变形,管束的焊缝易损伤,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、换热效率高、零部件不易变形、使用寿命长、节能降耗的伸缩管式换热器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明伸缩管式换热器,包括设有烟气入口的上段壳体,安装在上段壳体下方的中段壳体,安装在中段壳体下方并设有烟气出口的下段壳体,安装在中段壳体内下方的若干个伸缩管管束,将管束插入其中的管板。
本发明伸缩管式换热器,其工作原理是:高温烟气从上段壳体烟气入口进入后,经换热器中段壳体内的管束换热后,由下段壳体烟气出口排出。冲天炉生产所产生的高温烟气通过该换热器将空气加热,并鼓入冲天炉参加熔炼反应从而达到节能降耗的目的。
本发明伸缩管式换热器,管板与管束端部采用伸缩式结构,从而避免了因热胀冷缩而造成的管板或管子的损伤,工作可靠,零部件不易损坏,提高了换热器的使用寿命。
本发明伸缩管式换热器,换热面积大,换热效率高,体积小,结构紧凑。经换热器换热,将冷风由室温预热到400℃左右的高温,利用炉气热使CO充分燃烧,热量的有效利用率高,从而提高铁水温度,节省焦碳燃料,达到节能的目的。
综上所述,本发明伸缩管式换热器,结构紧凑,换热效率高,零部件不易变形,使用寿命长,节能降耗。
