目前，业界对冷阴极荧光灯管与灯丝连接，采用线材与灯管导丝焊接，缺点是不易操作，容易引起灯管断裂，不易装配，线材占用空间大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种冷阴极荧光灯管与灯丝连接装置。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现：一种冷阴极荧光灯管与灯丝连接装置，有一个铜帽1，铜帽套在灯管2的管端，灯管电极尾丝与铜帽尾端焊接。
上述冷阴极荧光灯管与灯丝连接装置，铜帽1的表面镀银。
本实用新型具有以下优点：表面镀银的铜帽直接与灯管电极尾丝焊接，增大接触面，解决了虚焊的问题，不用线材及端子，减少装配时灯管断裂的机率，操作简便，减少装配时灯管的损坏及提升工作效率，原用的线材所占空间完全不需要，节约空间，金属帽表面镀银，易焊接，导电性能良好。

具体实施方式
一种冷阴极荧光灯管与灯丝连接装置，有一个表面镀银的铜帽1，铜帽套在灯管2的管端，灯管电极尾丝与铜帽尾端焊接，灯管与铜帽之间用耐高温硅胶相辅。
表面镀银的铜帽直接与灯管电极尾丝焊接，增大接触面，解决了虚焊的问题，不用线材及端子，减少装配时灯管断裂的机率，操作简便，减少装配时灯管的损坏及提升工作效率，原用的线材所占空间完全不需要，节约空间，金属帽表面镀银，易焊接，导电性能良好。

1、一种冷阴极荧光灯管与灯丝连接装置，其特征在于：有一个铜帽(1)，铜帽套在灯管(2)的管端，灯管电极尾丝与铜帽尾端焊接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的冷阴极荧光灯管与灯丝连接装置，其特征在于：铜帽(1)的表面镀银。
