公知的FA231型梳棉机，其清洁辊的清洁装置包括安装于墙板上的剥棉罗拉和清洁辊，清洁原理是：清洁辊在高速回转的情况下，将剥棉罗拉的缠花打碎，然后由风力吸到滤尘箱内。但是，在生产过程中，由于有部分短绒集聚于清洁辊和后罩下部不能被吸走，积聚并附入生条内，造成5～20厘米左右的疵条，影响成纱指标，给车间质量工作造成困难。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种梳棉机清洁辊的清洁装置，以解决短绒积聚于清洁辊后下部，附入生条后容易产生疵条的技术问题。

所述的刷毛3排列成螺旋状。清洁辊1的外周部设有刷毛3随时将剥棉罗拉上的短绒和缠花吸附在刷毛3上，又由于刷毛3呈螺旋状排列，所以吸附在清洁辊1上的短绒和缠花可以向清洁辊1的一端聚集，从而有利于挡车工的及时清理，有效的防止了短绒和缠花防止附入生条内，避免了疵条的产生，提高了成纱质量。
