本实用新型涉及一种防静电手套,更具体的说涉及一种新型高性能碳素纤维制防静电手套。
背景技术
静电是一种客观的自然现象,设备或人体上的静电最高可达数万伏以至数十万伏,在正常操作条件下也常达数百至数千伏。人体由于自身的动作及与其它物体的接触、分离、磨擦或感应等因素,可以带上几千伏甚至上万伏的静电。静电放电引起的元器件击穿损害是电子工业最普遍、最严重的静电危害。所以对一些设备操作时必须使用防静电手套,避免静电损害。目前市面流行的防静电手套,主要由普通性能碳素材料与尼龙化纤复合后,制成化纤布料,通过裁剪、缝制成为缝制类防静电手套。这种缝制类防静电手套在通常情况下,防静电指数为1000次左右。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防静电性能优良、耐磨、耐洗涤的高性能碳素纤维制防静电手套。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的一种新型高性能碳素纤维制防静电手套,由300D高性能碳素纤维线通过15针编制机编制成手套内胆,在手套内胆的指尖和掌面部分均匀浸上聚亚胺酯浆料,行成一个均匀连续的聚亚胺酯胶层。300D高性能碳素纤维线使用250D高弹锦纶和碳素纤维复合后再与50D普通锦纶通过机械并股而成。
上述实用新型由全自动15针高密度编织机编织出内胆,其纤维线内含有高弹绵纶,通过高度针织后,手套弹性更好,其在使用时更加贴手、灵活、耐洗涤;本实用新型通过几千次耐磨测试,能达到10000000~100000000次防静电。
具体实施方式

下面接合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
本实用新型使用250D高弹锦纶和碳素纤维复合后,与50D普通锦纶通过机械并股,制成300D高性能碳素纤维线。通过全自动15针编织机将上述300D高性能碳素纤维线编织成手套内胆1,编织时工作温度控制在26~28度、湿度控制在48%~55%内,编织成的手套内胆1下机后须在26~28度恒温下停放2~3个小时,以防止手套内胆1回缩;停放后的手套内胆1上手套浸渍生产线,将手套内胆1的指尖和掌心面放入聚亚胺脂浆料进行自动浸胶,浸胶后的手套内胆1进行十分钟的360度匀胶后放入清水泡洗45分钟,再进入封闭式烘箱烘烤,烘箱温度控制在60~70度、湿度控制在35%~45%;经过上述程序,编织好的手套内胆1指尖和掌心面均匀覆盖上一层聚亚胺脂胶层2,根据不同防静电要求,可自行选择聚亚胺脂胶层2只覆盖手套内胆1的指尖部分或掌心面。

1.一种新型高性能碳素纤维制防静电手套,包含有一手套内胆,其特征在于:在所述手套内胆的指尖和掌心面覆盖有一层聚亚胺脂胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高性能碳素纤维制防静电手套,其特征还在于:所述的聚亚胺酯胶层可选择覆盖在指尖部分或掌心面。
