Abstract
一种软管编织丝,由钢丝(1)和包覆在该钢丝外表面上的一层薄的塑料保护层(2)一体形成,其中,钢丝可以是高强度不锈钢丝、高强度铁丝或者铝合金丝,塑料可以是PE、PVC、PP等。本实用新型还涉及一种连接软管,其在内管的外表面上致密地编织有上述软管编织丝。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的软管编织丝具有更高的强度和更好的抗腐蚀性能,而且更环保,外表更美观手感好。它可以避免软管锈蚀并延长软管的使用寿命,可以应用于诸如卫生洁具等的连接软管上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种软管编织丝,该编织丝可以被编织在连接软管的内管上,从而形成可应用于厨房、卫生间的卫生洁具上的连接软管。本实用新型还涉及采用所述软管编织丝的连接软管。
背景技术
连接软管被广泛地应用于厨房、卫生间内的卫生洁具上,其连接安装简便快捷。
现有的连接软管一般由内管和编织钢丝组成。然而,上述连接软管存在如下缺点:外管的编织丝通常是不锈钢丝的,当软管使用时间长了以后,不锈钢丝容易生锈,进而导致整个软管锈蚀、漏水甚至破裂。此缺点不仅会缩短软管的使用寿命,而且常常会给软管的使用者带来生活上的不便利,甚至会给使用者带来财产损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种软管编织丝,它可以避免软管锈蚀并延长软管的使用寿命。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种连接软管,其采用了所述软管编织丝。
本实用新型的软管编织丝由钢丝和包覆在该钢丝外表面上的一层薄的塑料保护层组成,一体形成单根的编织丝。
其中,所述钢丝可以是高强度不锈钢丝、高强度铁丝或者铝合金丝。
其中,所述塑料可以是PE(聚乙烯)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)、PP(聚丙烯)等,而且塑料的颜色可以是透明的,也可以是各种不同的颜色。
本实用新型的连接软管是将本实用新型的编织丝通过编织方法致密地编织在连接软管的内管外表面上而形成。
本实用新型的有益的技术效果是:
1.具有更高的强度:本编织丝采用的钢丝是高强度钢丝,钢丝外面再包一层塑料保护层,使得所制成的编织管强度更高。
2.具有良好的抗腐蚀性能:一般的不锈钢丝编织管在酸性或碱性环境下使用,时间超过一年后,编织丝会被腐蚀,其表面生锈现象严重。而本实用新型的编织丝由于在钢丝外表面包覆了一层PE、PVC或PP等塑料保护层,这层保护层使得钢丝与外部环境隔离,因而钢丝不会被腐蚀。
3.具有环境保护功能:当外层的塑料保护层采用PE材料时,编织管报废后不会对环境造成污染。
4.外表美观,手感好:本编织丝由于钢丝不与不同环境的空气直接接触,所以不会生锈,从而使得编织管外表美观,而且手感很好;同时可以避免钢丝在编织时出现接头而扎伤或刮伤手的现象。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的软管编织丝由钢丝1和包覆在该钢丝外表面上的一层塑料保护层2组成,形成单根的编织丝。
进一步地,所述钢丝可以是高强度不锈钢丝、高强度不锈铁丝以及其它各种钢丝或者铝合金丝。
进一步地,所述塑料可以是PE(聚乙烯)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)、PP(聚丙烯)等各种塑料材料。而且,塑料的颜色可以是透明的,也可以是各种不同的颜色。
进一步地,所述钢丝的直径在0.1mm至1mm之间。
如图2所示,本实用新型的连接软管是将本实用新型的软管编织丝3通过现有的编织方法致密地编织在连接软管的内管4的外表面上而形成。
其内管外表面编织有本实用新型所述软管编织丝的连接软管可以适用于以下范围:(a)制冰机管,(b)洗碗机管,(c)龙头连接管,(d)厕所连接管,(e)热水器管,(f)洗衣机管,(g)淋浴管。
Claims (7)
1.一种软管编织丝,其特征在于:由钢丝(1)和包覆在该钢丝外表面上的一层塑料保护层(2)组成,形成单根的编织丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软管编织丝,其特征在于:所述钢丝(1)是高强度不锈钢丝、高强度不锈铁丝或者铝合金丝。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的软管编织丝,其特征在于:所述塑料是聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯或者聚丙烯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的软管编织丝,其特征在于:所述塑料的颜色是透明的。
5.根据权利要求3所述的软管编织丝,其特征在于:所述钢丝(1)的直径在0.1mm至1mm之间。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的软管编织丝,其特征在于:所述钢丝(1)的直径在0.1mm至1mm之间。
7.一种连接软管,包括内管(4),其特征在于:在所述内管(4)的外表面上致密地编织有根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的软管编织丝(3)。
