本实用新型涉及一种热风缝口密封机,特别是一种热风缝口密封机的松带装置。
背景技术
热风缝口密封机广泛用于帐篷、雨衣、防水服等防水面料的拼缝处理,现有热风缝口密封机其主要结构包括机架、机架上的悬臂梁,在悬臂梁的一侧安装有料带架和热风缝口机构,料带套在料带架的其中一个转轴上,热风缝口机构包括料带加热装置和由电机驱动的上下压轮,工作时通过上下压轮的共同作用,将塑料薄膜纤维布以及被加热的料带牵引入压轮中压紧,因为料带本身比较薄,上下压轮在牵引时很容易会将料带拉长变形,当拉长的料态被加热压紧在防水产品上后,变长的料带会有一定的收缩性,从而造成产品起皱褶和密封性差,影响产品的质量,因此需要对上下压轮进行频繁的调节,降低了工作效率。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供能防止料带拉长变形、工作效率高、产品质量好的热风缝口密封机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种热风缝口密封机的松带装置,其包括机架,机架上的悬臂梁,所述悬臂梁端部装有侧板,侧板上方有料带转盘,侧板上设有可由电机驱动的主动轮,主动轮旁边安装有辅助轮,在主动轮下方有平衡装置,所述平衡装置包括安装在侧板上的转轴,转轴前端固定连接有平衡杆,平衡杆的一端装有与主动轮轴心线平行的缓冲导轮,在缓冲导轮的右上方还设有右导向轮,转轴穿过侧板并在后部设有控制开关。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在设备的松带机构设计了平衡装置和由电机驱动的主动轮,在工作时当料带的张紧力较大时,平衡杆的平衡状态被打破,缓冲导轮被拉起,使平衡杆带动转轴旋转,设于侧板后部的控制开关动作,令电机运行,电机驱动主动轮旋转将料带送往缓冲导轮,从而使料带保持一定的状态,不会被拉长变形,保证了产品的质量。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,一种防止料带变形的热风缝口密封机,其包括机架1,在机架上安装有一个悬臂梁2,在悬臂梁2的末端上方有侧板3,侧板上方伸出一根支撑杆,支撑杆上安装有料带转盘4,料带转盘可以自由旋转,在悬臂梁末端的下方有热风缝口机构,热风缝口机构包括热风喷射管71和一对上下压轮72,热风喷射管71用来对料带进行加热,上下压轮72使加热的料带与防水面料在压力的作用下互相粘合密封,从而达到防水的效果,在侧板3上还设有可由电机30驱动的主动轮31,主动轮31旁边安装有辅助轮32,主动轮31左下方的侧板上设置有左导向轮34,在主动轮31左上方的侧板上还设置有限位轮35,限位轮35的两头为凸起的圆台,主要作用是锁定料带使其绕行时不会跑偏;在主动轮31下方有平衡装置,所述平衡装置包括安装在侧板3上的转轴51,转轴51前端固定连接有平衡杆52,平衡杆52的一端装有与主动轮31轴心线平行的缓冲导轮53,在缓冲导轮的右上方还设有右导向轮33。
在安装使用时料带的绕行路径是:从料带转盘——经限位轮35——经左导向轮34转向——从主动轮31与辅助轮32之间穿过——绕经缓冲导轮53——向上绕过右导向轮33——最后输送到上下压轮72进行热合加工,以上所述的料带绕行方式只是本实用新型优选的方案,也可使用其它方式来达到同样的效果,如料带可以直由转盘绕行到主动轮,或者在侧板的左上方和右上方增加一些导向轮来辅助等,其同样属于本实用新型保护的范围。
本设计的平衡装置其转轴51穿过侧板3安装,并在后部设有控制开关,控制开关包括安装于转轴51上的挡块61,转轴51的一侧设有反射镜62,另一侧设有感应器63,其控制原理是:挡块61处于初始位置时,将感应器与反射镜之间的光信号通道阻隔开,感应器63内的开关是断开的,当挡块61随转轴51旋转偏离光通道时,感应器与反射镜之间产生信号交换,使控制电机30的开关导通,电机运行,令张紧的料带放松,当挡块回旋至初始位置时开关断开。本实用新型的控制开关可以有多种方式,如光电式、接近感应式、接触点动式等,可根据开关的类型来配合安装。
本实用新型其工作过程是这样的,在设备的松带机构设计了平衡装置和由电机驱动的主动轮,工作时在初始状态下缓冲导轮53处于稍向下的平衡位置,此时挡块61与将光交换信号通道切断,感应器63内的开关断开,电机30不运行,当因摩擦力或上下压轮52的转速等原因令料带的张紧力较大时,平衡杆52的平衡状态被打破,缓冲导轮53被拉起,使平衡杆52绕转轴51旋转,装于转轴61后部的挡块61同时跟随转动,感应器63内的开关导通,控制电机30驱动主动轮31旋转将料带送往缓冲导轮53,此装置能使料带在工作时始终保持一个适当的张紧度,不会拉长变形或太松散,不需频繁调整,从而提了工作效率,保证了产品的质量。

1.一种热风缝口密封机的松带装置,其包括机架(1),机架上的悬臂梁(2),其特征在于:所述悬臂梁(2)端部装有侧板(3),侧板上方有料带转盘(4),侧板(3)上设有可由电机(30)驱动的主动轮(31),主动轮(31)旁边安装有辅助轮(32),在主动轮(31)下方有平衡装置,所述平衡装置包括安装在侧板(3)上的转轴(51),转轴(51)前端固定连接有平衡杆(52),平衡杆(52)的一端装有与主动轮(31)轴心线平行的缓冲导轮(53),在缓冲导轮的右上方还设有右导向轮(33),转轴(51)穿过侧板(3)并在后部设有控制开关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热风缝口密封机的松带装置,其特征在于:所述控制开关包括安装于转轴(51)上的挡块(61),转轴(51)的一侧设有反射镜(62),另一侧设有感应器(63)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热风缝口密封机的松带装置,其特征在于:所述主动轮(31)左下方的侧板上设置有左导向轮(34)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热风缝口密封机的松带装置,其特征在于:所述主动轮(31)左上方的侧板上设置有限位轮(35),限位轮(35)的两头为凸起的圆台。
