一种不粘厨刀，即家常用的切菜刀的改型。在常用菜刀的右侧面近刃口处设置有一个其底面略低于右侧刀面，其近刃口的一边平行于刃边的凹池，凹池的长度、宽度大于所切菜片的宽度、高度。当刀刃向下行切割食物时，凹池部位的菜片不接触到刀面，使接触面积减少，食物在刀面的粘附力减少，起刀时食物不易粘附在刀面上，使切菜迅速，切下的片、丝不零乱。

本实用新型涉及一种手工厨刀，用于食物的分割，尤适于对富含水份的块状菜、肉的切片和切丝。
背景技术
目前人们使用的菜刀有一刀体，刀体一端连接有刀把，刀体刃口两边的刀面均为平面刀面。由于刀面平滑，使用现有的菜刀切食物时，特别在切水份多且软的食物时，被切下的食物整个断面都与刀面接触，其粘附力相对于菜片的重量和起刀、落刀的速度，显的较大，常要用手去抹，且切下的片、丝零乱。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种菜刀切食物时，无论切块、切片、切丝，菜都不粘在刀面上，使操作快速，菜片整齐。这种菜刀这里称为不粘厨刀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在刀体右侧面近刃部位，设置有其中近刃口一边平行于刃边的凹池，凹池底面略低于整个右侧刀面，其长、宽大于菜片的宽度、高度。
当刀刃向下行切割食物时，除凹池与刃口之间的刃边部分仍接触食物，凹池部分食物已不接触刀面，而与池中空气相接。这使食物与刀面接触面大为减少而粘附力大减，起刀时不易使菜片粘附于刀面上，凹池与刀刃边距离越小，粘附力越小，取其合理值时，本型厨刀在切菜时不粘食物，且有足够的磨刀损耗余量。

具体实施方式
实施例1：该不粘厨刀由刀柄1、刀体2构成。在刀刃3的近旁，设置有底面略低于刀体右侧面，其近刃口一边平行于刀刃边的凹池4。池深0.5mm-1.0mm左右，池长8cm左右，池宽2.5cm左右。

1. 一种不粘厨刀，具有刀体和刀柄，其特征是在刀体右侧面近刃的部位设置有其底面略低于刀体右侧面的凹池。
2. 根据权利要求书1所述的厨刀，其特征是刀体右侧面的凹池，其近刀刃口的边缘线，近似平行于刀刃边。
