本实用新型涉及一种日常生活用的不粘刀，主要由刀身及刀柄构成，在刀身远离刀柄的前端上部带有牙形刀刃，牙形刀刃截面呈楔形，在刀身单侧面中部刀刃上部带有波浪形隔离槽，在隔离槽上端留有阻挡分离带，靠近刀柄处的刀刃为圆弧状的剁骨刀刃。本实用新型在原有菜刀的基础上增加了断骨、剁骨功能，而且切菜时，菜碎不易粘贴刀身，使切好的菜自然码齐。

本实用新型涉及一种日常生活用的多用途菜刀，属于厨房用具。
背景技术
通常使用的菜刀一般功能单一，主要用于切蔬菜、肉类等脆软、疏松的食材，而对于骨棒、排骨等硬度较大的食品则很容易损坏刀口或卷刃；另外，使用现有菜刀切菜时，菜碎很容易粘贴刀面，造成切割的菜品凌乱不齐，向周边四处洒落。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种新型结构的不粘刀，其结构合理，不仅能够切割软质食材，还能斩断如骨棒等硬质食材，而且切菜时不易粘刀，使切好的菜自然码齐。
本实用新型所设计的不粘刀，主要由刀身及刀柄构成，在刀身远离刀柄的前端上部带有牙形刀刃，牙形刀刃截面呈楔形，在刀身单侧面中部刀刃上部带有波浪形隔离槽，在隔离槽上端留有阻挡分离带，靠近刀柄处的刀刃为圆弧状的剁骨刀刃。
上述不粘刀中，牙形刀刃外形为波浪形、锯齿形或折线形。
本实用新型在应用时，与普通切菜刀具一样。切软质蔬菜、肉食等食品时，切割过程中，物品经过刀刃切断后，与隔离槽形成点线接触，避免大面积接触而粘刀。当被切物品接触到隔离槽上部的阻挡分离带时被分离，切下的菜会自动下落顺序码放整齐，不会像传统菜刀一样顺着刀身向上运动而粘刀，随后又四处散乱。剁骨棒时，翻转刀具，使用牙形刀刃切割，此时力量集中于牙形刀刃的尖端点上，压强大，力量集中，容易剁开骨质食材，而其横截面呈楔形，使得牙形刀刃不易损坏。如需切割软硬质混连的排骨时，可用剁骨刀刃切断，剁骨刀刃切割时，力量集中于圆弧部位，容易将排骨割断。
本实用新型的优点是：可以实现切菜、断骨、剁骨等多种用途，切菜时不粘刀，切好的菜自然码齐，一刀多用，使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图结合具体实施例对本实用新型所设计的不粘刀作进一步说明。
如图1所示的不粘刀，主要由刀身2、刀柄3构成，在刀身2的前端上部带有牙形刀刃1，牙形刀刃1如图3所示，其截面呈楔形。刀身2的单侧面中部、刀刃7上部带有如图2所示的波浪形隔离槽4，在隔离槽4上端留有如图3所示的阻挡分离带5。刀刃7靠近刀柄3的后部形成圆弧状的剁骨刀刃6。
切菜时，被切割食品经刀刃7切断后，与隔离槽4点线接触，当被切物品接触到隔离槽4上部的阻挡分离带5时被分离下落，切下的菜会自动顺序码放整齐，不会像传统菜刀，顺着刀身向上运动形成大面积接触而粘刀。剁小排骨时，使用圆弧型的剁骨刀刃6，力量集中于圆弧刀刃上，容易剁开排骨。剁大骨棒时，翻转刀身2，使用牙形刀刃1切剁，此时力量更集中于牙形刀刃的尖端点上，压强大，冲击力强，容易剁开骨质食材，而其横截面的楔形形状，使牙形刀刃1不易崩损，保证刀具的使用寿命。

1.一种不粘刀，主要由刀身及刀柄构成，其特征是：在刀身远离刀柄的前端上部带有牙形刀刃，牙形刀刃截面呈楔形，在刀身单侧面中部刀刃上部带有波浪形隔离槽，在隔离槽上端留有阻挡分离带，靠近刀柄处的刀刃为圆弧状的剁骨刀刃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不粘刀，其特征还在于：牙形刀刃外形为波浪形、锯齿形或折线形。
