本实用新型涉及一种涂料滚筒，特别是一种气压式液体涂料滚筒。包括滚筒壳体(1)、绒毛套(2)、把手(18)，其特征在于：滚筒壳体(1)内腔中配有储料筒(4)，在滚筒壳体(1)、储料筒(4)的圆周壁体上分别设有数个出料孔(3)；输料管(9)的两端分别与储料筒(4)、涂料筒(15)的内腔相通，在输料管(9)上配有阀门(11)；在涂料筒(15)上面配有密封盖(12)、进气咀(13)、压力表(14)。由于涂料筒内的涂料在气体压力的作用下，使涂料滚筒实现自动供料，避免了多次蘸料。在涂刷墙面时，根据房屋的大小，将足够的涂料加入涂料筒内，从而提高了粉刷的效率及质量，具有省时及省料的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种涂料滚筒，特别是一种气压式液体涂料滚筒。
背景技术：
目前房屋墙面粉刷涂料的工具，一般是采用普通的涂料滚筒，使用时将滚筒的外层绒毛蘸取涂料进行粉刷，这种结构的涂料滚筒在使用中存在很多问题：一是在涂刷过程中要不停地到涂料筒中蘸取涂料，工作效率低；二是滚筒上的多余涂料会滴下来，浪费严重，还造成环境污染；三是由于要不停地蘸取涂料，供料不均匀，滚筒上涂料时多时少，造成涂刷质量差，很不美观；四是不安全，在高处进行涂刷作业时，料桶需放置在高架上，一不小心料桶会掉下来或打翻会造成安全问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种克服上述缺点的，不需要人工蘸取涂料，通过气压实现自动给料的一种气压式液体涂料滚筒。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：该气压式液体涂料滚筒，包括滚筒壳体、绒毛套、把手，其特征在于：滚筒壳体内腔中配有储料筒，在滚筒壳体、储料筒的圆周壁体上分别设有数个出料孔；输料管的两端分别与储料筒、涂料筒的内腔相通，在输料管上配有开关；在涂料筒上面配有密封盖、进气咀、压力表。
所述的一种气压式液体涂料滚筒，其特征在于：储料筒的截面呈卧式“凸”字状，在其“凸”肩上固定有轴承，滚筒壳体的敞口端固定在轴承的外周上；在储料筒“凸”字状的顶端设有进料口，在进料口的外周上固定有连杆座，进料口的端口上配有与储料筒内腔相通的输料管的一端，输料管的另一端通过阀门、排料管配入涂料筒内；在滚筒壳体的另一闭口端外侧面上固定有连接头，在连接头上固定有另一轴承，并通过一螺母进行轴向固定；在这一轴承的外周上固定有连杆座，把手通过手把杆、连接杆固定在两端的连杆座上。
所述的一种气压式液体涂料滚筒，其特征在于：手把杆的一端配在把手的中心孔内，在手把杆、把手之间设有可使手把杆伸、缩调节并固定的装置。
所述的一种气压式液体涂料滚筒，其特征在于：在涂料筒一侧面配有背带，在涂料筒的底部配有滚轮。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果：由于涂料筒内的涂料在气体压力的作用下，使涂料滚筒实现自动供料，避免了多次蘸料。在涂刷墙面时，根据房屋的大小，将足够的涂料加入涂料筒内，从而提高了粉刷的效率及质量，具有省时及省料的特点。

下面结合附图详细描述本实用新型的一个实施例：
如图1所示，该气压式液体涂料滚筒，在滚筒壳体1的外圆周上配有绒毛套2，滚筒壳体1内腔中配有储料筒4，在滚筒壳体1、储料筒4的圆周壁体上分别设有数个出料孔3；储料筒4的截面呈卧式“凸”字状，在其“凸”肩上固定有轴承5，滚筒壳体1的敞口端固定在轴承5的外周上；在储料筒4“凸”字状的顶端设有进料口6，在进料口6的外周上通过螺钉8固定有连杆座7，进料口6的端口上配有与储料筒4内腔相通的输料管9的一端，输料管9的另一端通过阀门11、排料管17配入涂料筒15内，在涂料筒15上面配有密封盖12、进气咀13、压力表14。在涂料筒15一侧面配有背带16，在涂料筒15的底部配有滚轮22；在滚筒壳体1的另一闭口端外侧面中心线上固定有连接头20，在连接头20上固定有另一轴承5，并通过一螺母21进行轴向固定；在这一轴承5的外周上固定有连杆座7，把手18通过手把杆19、连接杆10固定在两端的连杆座7上。连接杆10呈“U”字形，手把杆19的一端与“U”字形的底部中心点相连接，手把杆19的另一端配在把手18的中心孔内，在手把杆19、把手18之间设有可使手把杆19伸、缩调节并固定的装置。其固定装置可采用晒衣叉的伸、缩杆固定结构。
把手18的配制，也可以采用原有单臂结构，将滚筒壳体1、储料筒4的内径相应制小一点。同时也可将涂料筒15制小一点，根据实际作业需要，操作工人可以通过两背带16将涂料筒15背在身上作业。也可以将涂料筒15的体积制大一点，在其底部配有滚轮22，哪里需要就推到那里。
工作过程及工作原理：
工作时，先关闭阀门11上的开关，通过进气咀13用空压机或打气筒向涂料筒15内打气，当压力表14上显示涂料筒15内有合适的工作气压时，停止打气，就可以准备作业了。由于涂料筒15内的液体在受到气体压力时，液体会从压力高的一端向压力低的一端移动，所以，当打开阀门11上的开关时，涂料在气压的作用下，源源不断地从排料管17的下口进入沿着输料管9自动进入储料筒4，然后再从储料筒4、滚筒壳体1上的出料孔3经绒毛套2均匀排出进行粉刷墙面。

1.一种气压式液体涂料滚筒，包括滚筒壳体(1)、绒毛套(2)、把手(18)，其特征在于：滚筒壳体(1)内腔中配有储料筒(4)，在滚筒壳体(1)、储料筒(4)的圆周壁体上分别设有数个出料孔(3)；输料管(9)的两端分别与储料筒(4)、涂料筒(15)的内腔相通，在输料管(9)上配有阀门(11)；在涂料筒(15)上面配有密封盖(12)、进气咀(13)、压力表(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气压式液体涂料滚筒，其特征在于：储料筒(4)的截面呈卧式“凸”字状，在其“凸”肩上固定有轴承(5)，滚筒壳体(1)的敞口端固定在轴承(5)的外周上；在储料筒(4)“凸”字状的顶端设有进料口(6)，在进料口(6)的外周上固定有连杆座(7)，进料口(6)的端口上配有与储料筒(4)内腔相通的输料管(9)的一端，输料管(9)的另一端通过阀门(11)、排料管(17)配入涂料筒(15)内；在滚筒壳体(1)的另一闭口端外侧面上固定有连接头(20)，在连接头(20)上固定有另一轴承(5)，并通过一螺母(21)进行轴向固定；在这一轴承(5)的外周上固定有连杆座(7)，把手(18)通过手把杆(19)、连接杆(10)固定在两端的连杆座(7)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气压式液体涂料滚筒，其特征在于：手把杆(19)的一端配在把手(18)的中心孔内，在手把杆(19)、把手(18)之间设有可使手把杆(19)伸、缩调节并固定的装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气压式液体涂料滚筒，其特征在于：在涂料筒(15)一侧面配有背带(16)，在涂料筒(15)的底部配有滚轮(22)。
