本实用新型的目的是:提供一种过滤效果好不易卡抽油泵、过滤流量大不易堵塞、使用寿命长的除泥防砂管柱。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:它由上管柱、降压筒、连接管、沉砂筒和丝堵组成,上管柱下端与降压筒上端相连,降压筒下端通过连接管与沉砂筒上端相连,沉砂筒下端通过丝堵密封,上管柱内设有纵管向下、通过横管与上管柱外相通的上T形管,降压筒内设有纵管向上、通过横管与降压筒外相通的下T形管。
本实用新型的技术效果是:它具有过滤效果好不易卡抽油泵、过滤流量大不易堵塞、使用寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式

使用时将其安装在抽油泵下部,当抽油泵工作时,油流通过上T形管和下T形管进入降压筒,油流在降压筒内压力下降,其中夹带的泥浆、压裂砂和地层砂沉入沉砂筒中,沉降后的油流经上管柱抽出。
