本实用新型涉及一种公路、市政等工程施工中对软基地基进行强度提升的土工格栅,尤其是指一种注塑圈接格栅。
背景技术
中国专利200620074598.X公开了“软基处理用一体化土工格栅”,由纵向、横向肋带网格状排布而成,纵向、横向肋带的交叉结点由锁口定位,所述的锁口与格栅纵向、横向肋带注塑连结成整体结构,一欠性注塑成形的锁口,锁定经向带与纬向带的交接固定点在四周带槽处,上下两平面不起固定作用,只是起注塑时的连接与外观美观作用;锁扣接点格栅在工程施工过程中,经纬交接点是高于格栅的,其中锁扣中间是空的,填埋层与格栅接融在锁扣上,当填埋层铺设压实的施工中,容易使锁扣变形、移位和破坏,只是陷落在填埋层下(填埋层大都采用土、碎石和灰渣),难以直接观察到;锁扣接点格栅在工程中特别在软基中,受沉降的因素,锁扣与填层的接融面的摩擦力小,抗滑移力集中在锁扣上,难以保证因局部沉降而造成土壤板块滑移而出现裂缝现象。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种具有很强的固定力、剥离力的格栅,主要改时在于锁口是一次性注塑成的圆圈状,由圆圈四周固定格栅经纬带交接点,圆圈中间的经纬带上下裸露,可使填埋层直接嵌压在中间的经纬带上,受外力或沉降时土壤板块滑移的阻力增大,抗滑移的力不集中在注塑圈接上,经纬带都起到了作用。真正使土工格栅在工程中起到了抗沉降、抗土壤板块滑移的作用,是固定基础中的加筋结构。具体是这样来实施的:注塑圈接格栅,由经带、纬带网格状排布而成,经带、纬带的交叉结点由锁口定位,所述的锁口与格栅经带、纬带注塑连结成整体结构,其特征在于锁口为一次性注塑成的圆圈状,即锁口圆圈在四周固定格栅经纬带交叉结点,锁口圆圈中间的经纬带呈裸露状。
本实用新型的格栅经纬带是塑料带,锁扣也是采用聚乙烯或聚丙烯经加温塑化后在格栅的经纬连结处一次性注射成圆圈固定经纬接点,使其组成网状格栅。
本实用新型改变锁扣的结构形状,提高了格栅的固定力、剥离力,受外力或沉降时土壤板块滑移的阻力增大,抗滑移的力不集中在注塑圈接上,经纬带都起到了作用,其抗沉降、抗土壤板块滑移的作用得到加强。

注塑圈接格栅,由塑料经带1、纬带2网格状排布而成,经带1、纬带2的交叉结点由锁口3定位,该锁口3与格栅经带1、纬带2注塑连结成整体结构,锁口3为聚乙烯或聚丙烯经加温塑化后一次性注塑成的圆圈状,即锁口3圆圈在四周固定格栅经纬带交叉结点,锁口圆圈中间的经纬带呈裸露状。

1.注塑圈接格栅,由经带、纬带网格状排布而成,经带、纬带的交叉结点由锁口定位,所述的锁口与格栅经带、纬带注塑连结成整体结构,其特征在于锁口为一次性注塑成的圆圈状,即锁口圆圈在四周固定格栅经纬带交叉结点,锁口圆圈中间的经纬带呈裸露状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑圈接格栅,其特征在于格栅的经纬带为塑料带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注塑圈接格栅,其特征在于圆圈状锁扣是聚乙烯或聚丙烯经加温塑化后在格栅的经纬连结处一次性注射成的圆圈状锁口。
