技术背景
在公路路基、软基处理中,为了增强整体强度,使软基地在以后的使用过程中能均匀沉降,通常在施工时于路基/软基中辅设土工格栅,为了防止施工受冲击力影响,使钢塑带与钢塑带搭接处脱落,带来金属裸露的安全隐患以及因搭接位置发生偏移导致不均匀布设的土工格栅承载强度也发生偏移,产生路基的不均匀沉降,中国专利CN200620068367.8公开了一种“锁扣式土工格栅”,在钢塑带搭接处的两面外周均加设有限位件,一限位件四周开有凹槽,另一限位件的四周对应位上置有凸起,通过两限位件的锁扣安装,就能使罩住钢塑带搭接位的两限位件稳定地结合一体,这种锁扣连接是通过用凹凸部件锁接,在实际施工工,若碰到强大的冲击力或摩擦力,凹凸连接件会断裂,从而使锁扣起不到实际作用,搭接位置还会发生偏移影响土工格栅的承载强度,使路基产生均匀沉降。
