Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种在发电厂的煤碳输送系统中使用的给煤机，具体是一种具有除铁功能的给煤机。该给煤机包括有一个内部安装有输送带的壳体，输送带后上方和前下方的壳体上分别设置进料口和出料口，所述出料口靠近壳体的前挡板，在前挡板的下段内侧靠近出料口处安装有一个除铁装置。本实用新型结构简单、制造方便、能够较好去除煤碳中铁磁杂质。

本实用新型涉及一种在发电厂的煤碳输送系统中使用的给煤机，具体是一种具有除铁功能的给煤机。
背景技术
现有发电厂的输煤设备在使用过程中大多需要对煤碳中的铁磁杂质进行去除，其除铁过程一般是用悬挂式除铁器安装在输煤机输送带的上方或料斗上方，除铁器离物料有一定距离。其原理是利用除铁器磁场将混杂在煤碳里的铁磁杂质吸出，由于悬空放置，远离物料，场强损失较大，实际作用于物料的磁场并不大，吸铁效果并不理想。而依靠单纯加大磁场需要很大的成本，即便磁场很强，埋在煤碳底层的铁磁杂质仍难有效吸出。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、制造方便、能够较好去除煤碳中铁磁杂质的给煤机。
本实用新型的具有除铁功能的给煤机包括有一个内部安装有输送带的壳体，输送带后上方和前下方的壳体上分别设置进料口和出料口，所述出料口靠近壳体的前挡板，在前挡板的下段内侧靠近出料口处安装有一个除铁装置。
所述的除铁装置包括一组永磁块和包在永磁块外围的非导磁材料的金属外壳。
所述壳体的前挡板的一部分是一个用来观察和维护输送带的活门，所述除铁装置就安装在活门上。
本实用新型结构简单、制造方便，它将给煤机和除铁器的功能合二为一，能够在煤料输送的同时除去铁磁杂质。同时，由于除铁装置位于落料口附近，而煤流在此处呈松散下落状态，煤对铁磁杂质的阻挡作用较小，铁磁杂质在此处很容易被除铁器磁场吸引捕获，因而能够获得较好的除铁效果。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本实用新型的给煤机包括有壳体1和安装在壳体内的输送带2，工作过程中煤料从壳体后部的进料口11进入并落在输送带上，由输送带输送至前部出料口12处卸出。在壳体的前挡板13下段靠近出料口处设置有除铁装置3。该除铁装置可以安装在一个活门131上，这样可以打开活门进行除铁装置的安装，使安装更加方便。除铁装置可以采用稀土材料钕铁硼材料的一组永磁块，在永磁块外面包有一个非导磁材料的金属外壳。
Claims (3)
1.一种具有除铁功能的给煤机，包括有一个内部安装有输送带的壳体(1)，输送带后上方和前下方的壳体上分别设置进料口(11)和出料口(12)，其特征是：所述出料口靠近壳体的前挡板(13)，在前挡板的下段内侧靠近出料口处安装有一个除铁装置(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有除铁功能的给煤机，其特征是：所述壳体的前挡板(13)的一部分是一个活门(131)，所述除铁装置(3)就安装在活门上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有除铁功能的给煤机，其特征是：所述的除铁装置(3)包括一组永磁块和包在永磁块外围的非导磁材料的金属外壳。
