本实用新型涉及农用复合肥加工机械领域。具体地说涉及到硫磺制酸生产线上的自动加碱装置
背景技术
目前，在农用复合肥加工过程中，在硫磺制酸生产线上，需将硫磺先与纯碱放入搅拌机中混合，再进行加热反应，用纯碱去中和硫磺中的游离酸，以防止在后续制酸过程中，游离酸腐蚀管道。当硫磺通过传送带传送到搅拌机内时，中途是靠用人工加纯碱至传送带上的硫磺中，再进入搅拌机中混合制酸。这种人工加纯碱的方式很难准确控制纯碱的加入量，影响产品质量，且劳动强度大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有硫磺制酸生产线上人工加纯碱很难准确控制纯碱的加入量，且劳动强度大之不足，而提供一种硫磺制酸生产线自动加碱装置，它由立架1、料斗2、电机3、绞笼4、出料管5、时间继电器6组成，料斗2和电机3安装在立架1上，电机3的动力输出轴通过减速器与绞笼4的绞笼轴相连，料斗2的出料口与绞笼4的进料口相通，出料管5安装在绞笼4的出料口处，时间继电器6与电机3电连接。
本实用新型的优点是：可准确地控制纯碱的加入量，提高产品质量，大大降低劳动强度，减少生产成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型用普通的机械加工工艺制造。料斗和电机安装在立架上，电机的动力输出轴通过减速器与绞笼的绞笼轴相固连，料斗的出料口与绞笼的进料口相通，出料管安装在绞笼的出料口处，时间继电器与电机电连接。使用时，将出料管安装在硫磺传送带上方。工作时根据硫磺中所含的游离酸量来确定纯碱加入量，纯碱加入量通过时间继电器控制电机工作时间来保证。不同来源的硫磺，其硫磺中所含的游离酸量不一样，需根据需要随时通过调节时间继电器来控制电机工作时间，从而达到随时根据需要调节纯碱加入量。
