本实用新型涉及到管道系统中连通、截断介质的蝶阀。
背景技术:
用于水利、电力、冶金、建材、市政等各行业管道系统中连通、截断介质的蝶阀,其阀体与蝶板之间的密封面一般为线型密封,介质通过的行程较短,其密封面易磨损,同时,密封圈与阀体、蝶板之间一般为过盈密封,其同圈的密封比压不均匀,因此,易产生局部泄漏。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种面接触硬密封蝶阀,它是一种阀体与蝶板之间的接触面为面接触密封,使其增大了介质的行程及密封的周圈的密封比压均匀。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
本实用新型包括阀体,蝶板和阀轴及密封圈,蝶板在阀体内,蝶板通过阀轴并连在阀体上,密封圈在阀体与蝶板之间,其密封圈的外形为楔面形。密封圈为金属与石棉交替组成。
本实用新型的优点如下:
1、由于实用型的密封圈为楔面形。因此,它装在阀体与蝶板之间,其密封面为面接触,面接触宽度远远大于线密封阀门的线接触宽度,加大了介质通过的行程,且该阀门密封副接触时的密封比压在瞬时增大,使过盈面周圈完整贴合。
2、由于本实用新型的密封圈为金属与石棉交替组成,使阀门在关闭时利用两者受力后塑性变形的差异补偿密封面上的微观凹凸及阀门在使用一段时间后的微观磨损,达到可靠密封的目的。

附图1-3中:蝶板4在阀体1内,蝶板4通过阀轴5连在阀体1上,楔面形的密封圈2在阀体1与蝶板4之间,密封圈2、压板3连在蝶板4上,阀体中心线8,楔面中心线9。
附图4中:密封圈2、压板3连在蝶板4上,密封圈2为金属6与石棉7交替组成。

1.一种涉及到连通、截断介质的面接触硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体(1),蝶板(4)和阀轴(5)及密封圈(2),蝶板(4)在阀体(1)内,蝶板(2)通过阀轴(5)并连在阀体(1)上,其特征是:密封圈(2)在阀体(1)与蝶板(4)之间,密封圈(2)的外形为楔面形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面接触硬密封蝶阀,其特征是:密封圈(2)为金属(6)与石棉(7)交替组成。
