背景技术
传统的消防灭火设备用容器阀启动器上没有设低压泄压阀，当密封不好时，漏气无法排出阀体内，而是直接通向容器阀，累积至一定的量后，常使容器阀启动器误动。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种低压泄压阀，该泄压阀可使漏气及时排出，可有效防止容器阀失误动作。
一种低压泄压阀，包括套设于阀体上的泄压阀体、设于泄压阀体内的泄压阀芯、套设于阀芯的弹簧座、套设于弹簧座上且作用于阀体的压力控制弹簧，所述阀芯上设有环形凹槽，凹槽内设有O形密封圈，阀芯下端设有导向柱，导向柱与设于泄压阀体的导向孔配合。
所述弹簧座由六角锁紧螺母锁定于泄压阀芯。
所述阀体与泄压阀体的结合部设有O形密封圈。
所述阀体设有凸台，泄压阀体与凸台螺纹配合。
所述凸台设有凹槽，弹簧座盖顶于凹槽口。
由于设有上述装置，该泄压阀可使漏气及时排出，可有效防止容器阀失误动作，抗震性强，结构简单、使用方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种低压泄压阀，包括套设于阀体4上并与阀体4连接成一体的泄压阀体29、设于泄压阀体29内的泄压阀芯30、套设于泄压阀芯30的弹簧座1、套设于弹簧座1上且作用于泄压阀体29的压力控制弹簧28，所述阀芯30上设有环形凹槽301，凹槽301内设有O形密封圈31，泄压阀芯30下端设有导向柱302，导向柱302与设于泄压阀体29的导向孔配合，
所述弹簧座1由六角锁紧螺母2锁定于泄压阀芯30。
所述阀体4与泄压阀体29的结合部设有O形密封圈3。
所述阀体3设有凸台43，泄压阀体29与凸台43螺纹配合。所述凸台43设有凹槽44，弹簧座1盖顶于凹槽44口。
发生漏气时，气体呈低压，则漏气从泄压阀芯30与泄压阀体29的间隙排出，防止容器阀误动，当容器阀打开时，气体呈高压，大量排放，泄压阀芯30下移，导向孔被O形密封圈31密封，高压气体从出气接头5排出，通过启动管路开启容器阀灭火。

1.一种低压泄压阀，其特征在于：包括设于阀体上的泄压阀体、设于泄压阀体内的泄压阀芯、套设于阀芯的弹簧座、套设于弹簧座上且作用于阀体的压力控制弹簧，所述阀芯上设有环形凹槽，凹槽内设有O形密封圈，泄压阀芯下端设有导向柱，导向柱与设于泄压阀体的导向孔配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压泄压阀，其特征在于：所述弹簧座由六角锁紧螺母锁定于泄压阀芯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压泄压阀，其特征在于：所述阀体与泄压阀体的结合部设有O形密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压泄压阀，其特征在于：所述阀体设有凸台，泄压阀体与凸台螺纹配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压泄压阀，其特征在于：所述凸台设有凹槽，弹簧座1盖顶于凹槽口。
