本实用新型涉及在电力线路放线中，一种塑料放线滑轮的轴承固定。
背景技术
目前所用的塑料放线滑轮，其轮毂中的轴承用弹性卡簧固定，两轴承之间的尺寸不易保证，由于塑料滑轮较软，温度变形量较大，滑轮受荷时，使得弹性卡簧固定易失效，造成滑轮损坏，影响施工。
发明内容
本实用新型提供的一种塑料放线滑轮的轴承固定，易于保证两轴承之间的尺寸，无固定失效之忧，解决了上述存在的问题。
本实用新型解决其问题所采用的技术方案是：限位隔套、固定套的组合与塑料滑轮毂孔结合成一体；塑料滑轮毂中间设一槽，限位隔套设一凸台与毂槽相配，限位隔套圆环型不封闭，固定套圆环型，滑轮毂中的限位隔套被固定套撑开，使得固定套、限位隔套与滑轮毂相配组成一体，轴承在两侧，与滑轮宽E对称，故结构可靠，无固定失效之忧；两轴承之间的尺寸B由该组合体加工尺寸的控制来保证精度。该组合体同时受滑轮毂孔
的径向约束，保证了按装的精度。
本实用新型提供的一种塑料放线滑轮的轴承固定，可以控制两轴承之间的尺寸，不产生因塑料滑轮较软、温度变形较大等引起滑轮的轴承固定失效而产生的滑轮损坏。

1.一种塑料放线滑轮的轴承固定，由限位隔套、塑料滑轮、固定套和轴承组成，其特征是：塑料滑轮毂中间设一槽，限位隔套设一凸台与毂槽相配，滑轮毂中的限位隔套被固定套撑开，使得固定套、限位隔套与滑轮毂相配组成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料放线滑轮的轴承固定，其特征是：限位隔套圆环型不封闭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料放线滑轮的轴承固定，其特征是：固定套圆环型。
