本实用新型涉及在电力线路放线中,一种塑料放线滑轮的轴承固定。
背景技术
目前所用的塑料放线滑轮,其轮毂中的轴承用弹性卡簧固定,两轴承之间的尺寸不易保证,由于塑料滑轮较软,温度变形量较大,滑轮受荷时,使得弹性卡簧固定易失效,造成滑轮损坏,影响施工。
发明内容
本实用新型提供的一种塑料放线滑轮的轴承固定,易于保证两轴承之间的尺寸,无固定失效之忧,解决了上述存在的问题。
本实用新型解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:限位隔套、固定套的组合与塑料滑轮毂孔结合成一体;塑料滑轮毂中间设一槽,限位隔套设一凸台与毂槽相配,限位隔套圆环型不封闭,固定套圆环型,滑轮毂中的限位隔套被固定套撑开,使得固定套、限位隔套与滑轮毂相配组成一体,轴承在两侧,与滑轮宽E对称,故结构可靠,无固定失效之忧;两轴承之间的尺寸B由该组合体加工尺寸的控制来保证精度。该组合体同时受滑轮毂孔
