为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采取了以下技术方案：
一种设有车灯和车铃的可折叠滑板车，有着和现有可折叠滑板车一样由车把、伸缩转向车杆、折叠机构、踏板和车轮组成的结构，其中：所述的车把右边设有车铃，左边设有由开关、导线、电池和车灯构成的照明装置，电池设于车把内，车灯设于伸缩转向车杆前侧。
本实用新型有效地解决了少年儿童在光弱或人多环境中安全玩耍滑板车的问题，且结构新颖、功能实用、操作可靠、携带方便，容易在少年儿童这一群体中推广实施。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有车灯和车铃的可折叠滑板车，其特征在于：所述的车铃(6)为机械铃或电动铃；所述的车灯(10)为一个普通小电珠或数个并联的LED白光灯。
