本实用新型一种车用电容电池,为解决现有的电池在启动设备上的不足,在不占用大量空间的前提下,使得电池电压达到24伏;满足电池瞬间放电的电流强度的要求;本实用新型一种车用电容电池是通过蓄电池与电容并联其特征在于,所述蓄电池的壳体内串联12组铅酸极板,将各组铅酸极板之间的隔层穿孔并连接铅酸极板电极,避免腐蚀;在所述蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极处并联一个电容,构成一种车用电容电池;本实用新型一种车用电容电池采用了一体化结构,能储存大量电子又能比传统电池快的放电速度;使得电容电池的瞬间放电电流大,启动速度快。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车用蓄电池。
背景技术:
目前在汽车上都安装有启动电池,由于电子启动的特性需要电池瞬间放电电流大,启动速度快,为了满足需要一般采用大容量、高规格的启动电池,现有的车用蓄电池一般为12伏,其内部结构是由塑料和其它绝缘材料制成极板槽,将6个铅酸极板用隔离板分别隔开并通过穿壁焊接串联,如果想要加到24伏电压,就需要将两个蓄电池串联,提高成本,并且需要占用大量的空间,而且两个蓄电池分体不好固定,其串联的正负极柱裸露容易造成短路。
发明内容:
为解决现有的电池在启动设备上的不足,本实用新型提出一种车用电容电池,在不占用大量空间的前提下,使得电池电压达到24伏;满足电池瞬间放电的电流强度的要求。本实用新型一种车用电容电池是通过蓄电池与电容并联其特征在于,所述蓄电池的壳体内串联12组铅酸极板,考虑到蓄电池的安装体积,所述12组铅酸极板通过壳体固定分成两组并列排放,将各组铅酸极板之间的隔层穿孔并通过铅连接铅酸极板电极,避免腐蚀。在所述蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极处并联一个电容,通过外壳将电池和电容固定,构成一种车用电容电池。本实用新型一种车用电容电池采用了一体化结构,避免了裸露在外部的接线,由于其并联的蓄能电容特性具有高比电容值,充电功率密度高,电容器持续接受电池的弱电量后能瞬间快速释放,能储存大量电子又能比传统电池快的放电速度;使得电容电池的瞬间放电电流大,启动速度快。

如图1所示,本实用新型一种车用电容电池是通过蓄电池与电容并联其特征在于,所述蓄电池的壳体1内串联12组铅酸极板2,考虑到蓄电池的安装体积,所述12个铅酸极板2通过壳体1固定分成两组并列排放,将各组铅酸极板之间的隔层3穿孔4并通过铅连接铅酸极板电极,避免腐蚀。在所述蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极处5并联一个30法拉~40法拉电容6,通过外壳1将电池和电容固定,电容6的输出端7伸出壳体1外;构成一种车用电容电池。

1.一种车用电容电池是通过蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极处并联一个电容;其特征在于,所述蓄电池的壳体内串联12组铅酸极板,所述12组铅酸极板通过壳体固定分成两组并列排放,将各组铅酸极板之间的隔层穿孔并通过铅连接铅酸极板电极,通过外壳将蓄电池和电容固定。
