本实用新型属于余热回收利用设备领域,具体涉及一种两段煤气发生炉的余热回收系统。包括两段煤气发生炉,两段煤气发生炉上设有下段煤气出口,下段煤气出口通过管路与旋风除尘器连接,旋风除尘器上安装有湿式盘阀,其特征在于所述的两段煤气发生炉的余热回收系统还设有蒸汽发生、收集装置。本实用新型具有使用安全、余热回收效率高、节能的优点。利用下段出口的热煤气的热量产生热蒸汽来进行探火、吹扫,既起到了降低煤气温度的作用,又有效的利用了下段煤气的热量,还降低了冷却设备和蒸汽锅炉的负荷,可以广泛推广应用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于余热回收利用设备领域,具体涉及一种两段煤气发生炉的余热回收系统。
背景技术
目前煤气站一般由两段煤气发生炉、净化设备、冷却设备组成,一般还会单独设立一个锅炉,用来产生大于0.2MPa的水蒸汽,用水蒸气对煤气发生炉及其净化设备进行探火、吹扫,净化设备一般采用旋风除尘器,冷却设备一般采用水冷换热器,两段煤气发生炉有上下两个煤气出口,上下两个煤气出口可以输出不同热值的煤气,上段煤气的出口温度约150℃,可以比较容易的降温,下段煤气的出口温度在550℃左右,降温需要消耗大量的冷水,同时冷却设备的负荷非常大,需要消耗大量的能源,而且热煤气的热量也无法有效的利用,被白白浪费掉了。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够利用下段煤气的热量产生热蒸汽的两段煤气发生炉的余热回收系统。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
即一种两段煤气发生炉的余热回收系统,包括两段煤气发生炉,两段煤气发生炉上设有下段煤气出口,下段煤气出口通过管路与旋风除尘器连接,旋风除尘器上安装有湿式盘阀,其特征在于所述的两段煤气发生炉的余热回收系统还设有蒸汽发生、收集装置。
所述的蒸汽发生、收集装置为管壳式换热器、蒸汽收集器,管壳式换热器分为壳程和管程,壳程上设有煤气进口、煤气出口、出灰口,管程上设有冷水进口、蒸汽出口、排污口,蒸汽收集器下部设有蒸汽进口,冷水出口,蒸汽收集器上部设有蒸汽出口,管壳式换热器的煤气进口通过管路与湿式盘阀连接,管壳式换热器的蒸汽出口与蒸汽收集器的蒸汽进口通过管路连接,管壳式换热器的冷水进口与蒸汽收集器的冷水出口通过管路连接。
本实用新型具有使用安全、余热回收效率高、节能的优点。热煤气在管壳式换热器的壳程中流动,冷水在管壳式换热器的管程中流动,管壳式换热器产生的热蒸汽通过蒸汽出口进入蒸汽收集器上的蒸汽进口,经过蒸汽收集器的汽水分离,就可以用来对煤气炉及其净化系统进行探火、吹扫,没有变成热蒸汽的残留冷水通过管壳式换热器上的排污口排出,管壳式换热器的出灰口的设置,可以进一步增强热煤气的除尘效果,经在¢3.4m两段煤气发生炉上实验得知,下段出口的煤气的温度从约550℃降到了约200℃,管壳式换热器能够产生约0.3MPa,133.4℃的蒸汽,产量约为150kg/h,占整个煤气站探火、吹扫用量的50%,本实用新型利用下段出口的热煤气的热量产生热蒸汽来进行探火、吹扫,既起到了降低煤气温度的作用,又有效的利用了下段煤气的热量,还降低了冷却设备和蒸汽锅炉的负荷,减少了消耗的能源,达到了节能降耗的目的,可以广泛应推广应用。

具体实施方式
如附图所示:两段煤气发生炉1的下段煤气出口2通过管路与旋风除尘器3连接,旋风除尘器的上部设有湿式盘阀4,蒸汽发生、收集装置由6管壳式换热器和蒸汽收集器8组成,管壳式换热器6分为壳程和管程,壳程上设有煤气进口5、煤气出口14、出灰口15,管程上设有冷水进口12、蒸汽出口11、排污口13,蒸汽收集器8上部设有蒸汽出口7,管壳式换热器6的煤气进口5通过管路与湿式盘阀4连接,管壳式换热器6的蒸汽出口11与蒸汽收集器的蒸汽进口10通过管路连接,换热器的冷水进口9与蒸汽收集器的冷水出口9通过管路连接。
本实用新型工作时,下段煤气从两段煤气发生炉1的下段煤气出口2进入旋风除尘器3,经过除尘后,通过湿式盘阀4,从管壳式换热器6的煤气进口5进入壳程,通过煤气出口14进入下道工序,煤气中的灰尘可以通过出灰口15排出,与此同时冷水由蒸汽收集器8的冷水出口9流出,通过管壳式换热器6的冷水进口进入管程,换热后,生成的蒸汽从蒸汽出口11排出,通过管路通过蒸汽进口7进入蒸汽收集器,经过汽水分离后,即可分流到各用汽点,用于整个煤气站的探火、吹扫,没有变成蒸汽的残留冷水又排污口13排出。

1.一种两段煤气发生炉的余热回收系统,包括两段煤气发生炉,两段煤气发生炉上设有下段煤气出口,下段煤气出口通过管路与旋风除尘器连接,旋风除尘器上安装有湿式盘阀,其特征在于所述的两段煤气发生炉的余热回收系统还设有蒸汽发生、收集装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两段煤气发生炉的余热回收系统,其特征在于所述的蒸汽发生、收集装置为管壳式换热器、蒸汽收集器,管壳式换热器分为壳程和管程,壳程上设有煤气进口、煤气出口、出灰口,管程上设有冷水进口、蒸汽出口、排污口,蒸汽收集器下部设有蒸汽进口,冷水出口,蒸汽收集器上部设有蒸汽出口,管壳式换热器的煤气进口通过管路与湿式盘阀连接,管壳式换热器的蒸汽出口与蒸汽收集器的蒸汽进口通过管路连接,管壳式换热器的冷水进口与蒸汽收集器的冷水出口通过管路连接。
