本实用新型涉及一种三维立体激光塑料焊接压力装置,包括聚焦透镜,转动轴,外壳,压轮,连接支架,其特点是:外壳中心设有连接支架,连接支架与光学系统同轴;聚焦透镜固定连接在外壳与转动轴之间,聚焦光束从转动轴中心开口处通过,聚焦在加工材料的表面;转动轴两边活动连接紧贴在被加工部位两侧的压轮。本实用新型的特点在于通过压轮将两种被加工的材料紧密结合,将聚焦光斑通过转动轴中心照射于被加工材料表面,并且通过调节连接支架的高低来施加一个向下的压力,使得在焊接过程中,两种材料能够紧密的结合,并随着压轮在材料表面的滚动,来焊接比较复杂的曲面结构,从而达到在可控的压力情况下对复杂曲面的轮廓焊接。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑料焊接压力装置,具体涉及到一种用于三维立体激光塑料焊接压力装置。
背景技术
随着工业经济的发展,特别是家电、汽车、计算机、通讯、医疗、航天等众多领域大量使用塑料材料,而且原先许多传统使用金属的零部件(汽车进气管、油箱、过滤器、医学上使用的流体输送系统等)也开始逐渐被塑料所代替,这些领域所使用的塑料材料不仅要求数量大,而且使用种类多,科技含量高,是塑料制品加工业中能获得高经济效益的最佳领域。因此,在塑料制品的加工过程中人们渴望一种更加快速、有效、干净的塑料焊接方式。由于材料和设备方面的进步,使激光焊接技术作为一种连接塑料制品的专门方法得到了生产厂家的认可,主要用于连接敏感性塑料制品(含有线路板)、具有复杂几何形状的塑料件以及有严格洁净要求的塑料制品(医药设备)等等。
目前国内市场上普遍使用的塑料焊接技术主要有振动摩擦焊接、热板式塑料焊接及超声波焊接等焊接技术,尚未见比较成熟的采用激光焊接技术的设备问世。
激光焊接塑料的基本原理是,两种塑料在低压力下被夹紧在一起,激光穿过一个制品,然后被另外一个制品吸收,吸收激光能量的制品将光能转化为热能,在塑料的接触面熔化,形成一个焊接区。绝大多数本色的塑料和许多有色的半透明塑料都能被激光焊接,例如聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)和聚苯烯(PP)等材料。
与传统的塑料焊接技术相比,激光焊接塑料技术主要有以下几方面的优点:
(1)能生成精密、牢固和密封(不透气和不漏水)的焊接;
(2)易于控制,具有良好的适应性;
(3)极大地减小了制品的振动应力和热应力;
(4)能够将许多种类不同的材料焊接在一起。
如中国发明专利,申请号为00101924.4,申请日2000.01.28,公开了一种焊接塑料工件或塑料与其他材料的激光焊接方法及装置,该装置是类似的激光塑料焊接装置,主要采用激光束二维扫描装置进行轮廓焊、将激光束通过光束整形直接在物体表面进行焊接或移动焊接工件等方法实现焊接。其缺点是该装置对于不同形状的被焊接工件需要设计有针对性的夹具来提供压力,并且无法满足三维曲面的焊接。
发明内容
本实用新型是要解决三维立体塑料工件的激光焊接的技术问题,而提供一种三维立体激光塑料焊接压力装置,该装置使激光焊接能应用于汽车、航空、电子、医药等行业中,在通过透过式激光焊接各种形状的三维立体塑料工件时提供同步,稳定的压力,使得两种塑料材料能紧密的结合在一起,提高焊接质量。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种三维立体激光塑料焊接压力装置,安装在配套的机械手或龙门式二维工作台上,包括聚焦透镜,转动轴,外壳,压轮,连接支架,其特点是:所述外壳中心设有连接支架,连接支架与光学系统同轴;聚焦透镜固定连接在外壳与转动轴之间,聚焦光束从转动轴中心开口处通过,聚焦在加工材料的表面;转动轴两边活动连接紧贴在被加工部位两侧的压轮。
上述装置通过连接支架安装在配套的机械手或龙门式二维工作台上;聚焦透镜通过光纤接头与光纤连接。
本实用新型的特点在于通过压轮将两种被加工的材料紧密结合,将聚焦光斑通过转动轴中心照射于被加工材料表面,并且通过调节连接支架的高低来施加一个向下的压力,使得在焊接过程中,两种材料能够紧密的结合,并随着压轮在材料表面的滚动,来焊接比较复杂的曲面结构,从而达到在可控的压力情况下对复杂曲面的轮廓焊接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至4所示,本实用新型的三维立体激光塑料焊接压力装置,包括光纤1,光纤接头2,聚焦透镜3,转动轴4,外壳5,压轮6,连接支架7。
外壳中心设有连接支架7,连接支架7与光学系统同轴;聚焦透镜固定连接在外壳与转动轴之间,聚焦光束从转动轴中心开口处通过,聚焦在加工材料的表面;转动轴两边活动连接紧贴在被加工部位两侧的压轮。
本装置通过连接支架7将整个压力装置安装在配套的机械手或龙门式二维工作台上。
光纤1通过光纤接头2与聚焦透镜3相连,其产生的聚焦光束8从转动轴4中心开口处通过,聚焦在加工材料的表面。同时,两个压轮6紧贴在被加工部位的两侧,通过调节连接支架7的高低来施加一个向下的压力,使得在焊接过程中,两种材料能够紧密的结合。随着压力装置在材料表面的滚动,来焊接比较复杂的曲面结构。
本实用新型通过轮式压力装置将两种被加工的材料紧密结合,在透过式激光焊接各种形状的三维立体塑料工件时提供同步,稳定的压力,同时将聚焦光斑通过其中心照射于被加工材料表面,从而达到在可控的压力情况下对复杂曲面的轮廓焊接,提高焊接质量和速度。

1.一种三维立体激光塑料焊接压力装置,安装在配套的机械手或龙门式二维工作台上,包括聚焦透镜(3),转动轴(4),外壳(5),压轮(6),连接支架(7),其特征在于,所述外壳(5)中心设有连接支架(7),连接支架(7)与光学系统同轴;所述聚焦透镜(3)固定连接在外壳(5)与转动轴(4)之间,聚焦光束(8)从转动轴(4)中心开口处通过后聚焦在加工材料的表面;所述转动轴(4)两边活动连接紧贴在被加工部位两侧的压轮(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三维立体激光塑料焊接压力装置,其特征在于,所述装置通过连接支架(7)安装在配套的机械手或龙门式二维工作台上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三维立体激光塑料焊接压力装置,其特征在于,所述聚焦透镜(3)通过光纤接头(2)与光纤(1)连接。
