一种热粘合双绝缘层复合漆包铜圆线,它包括铜圆线及涂覆在铜圆线表面的绝缘漆层,所述绝缘漆层分为二层,第一绝缘漆层是聚酯树脂漆,第二绝缘漆层是聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂漆,在第二绝缘漆层外面涂覆有具有加热融着性的自润滑自粘层。本实用新型采用了双层高分子树脂绝缘漆,大大提高了产品的耐热、耐电压击穿性和抗折性;同时其自润滑自粘外涂层显著地改善了产品加工性能,提高了产品加工质量和效率;用其绕制线圈绕组可免除骨架,无需浸漆粘合;因而本实用新型可广泛用于电脑显示器、彩电显像管偏转线圈等高档电器产品的制作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种表面绝缘的金属导线,特别是具有双绝缘层的复合漆包线。
背景技术
现有普通漆包线仅含一层漆膜绝缘层,在制作线圈时,需要骨架来进行固定成型,其耐折、耐电压、耐磨性能较差,在加工过程中易造成机械损伤、漆膜破裂,从而影响产品性能和质量。因此,它不适宜于电脑显示器、彩电显像管偏转线圈等高档电器产品中使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是提供一种耐热耐电压性能高和耐折耐磨、润滑性好、加工性能优良的高品质热粘合双绝缘层复合漆包铜圆线。
本实用新型的技术解决方案为:它包括铜圆线及涂覆在铜圆线表面的绝缘漆层,所述绝缘漆层分为二层,第一绝缘漆层是聚酯树脂漆,第二绝缘漆层是聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂漆,在第二绝缘漆层外面涂覆有具有加热融着性的自润滑自粘层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型采用了双层高分子树脂绝缘漆,大大提高了产品的耐热、耐电压击穿性和抗折性;同时其自润滑自粘外涂层显著地改善了产品加工性能,提高了产品加工质量和效率;用其绕制线圈绕组可免除骨架,无需浸漆粘合;因而本实用新型可广泛用于电脑显示器、彩电显像管偏转线圈等高档电器产品的制作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如附图,铜圆线1表面涂覆的第一层绝缘漆层2采用聚酯树脂漆,第二绝缘漆层3选用聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂漆,在第二绝缘漆层3外面涂覆的具有加热融着性的自润滑自粘层4优选聚酰胺树脂基漆。另外,也可在自粘层4中添加润滑剂,如脂肪酸蜡、合成聚酯类等。本产品经检测,主要质量指标为:
热级:              200级及以上
击穿电压:          8000V以上
折弯后盐水针孔:    0孔
粘结强度:          4.5N以上(以0.40mm为代表规格)
静摩擦系数:        0.08以下
软化击穿:          340℃以上。

Claims (4)

1.一种热粘合双绝缘层复合漆包铜圆线,包括铜圆线及涂覆在铜圆线表面的绝缘漆层,其特征在于绝缘漆层分为二层,第一绝缘漆层(2)是聚酯树脂漆,第二绝缘漆层(3)是聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂漆,在第二绝缘漆层(3)外面涂覆有具有加热融着性的自润滑自粘层(4)。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种热粘合双绝缘层复合漆包铜圆线,其特征在于热融着性的自润滑自粘层(4)为聚酰胺树脂基漆。
3.按权利要求1所述的一种热粘合双绝缘层复合漆包铜圆线,其特征在于自粘层(4)中添加有润滑剂。
4.按权利要求3所述的一种热粘合双绝缘层复合漆包铜圆线,其特征在于自粘层(4)中所添加的润滑剂是脂肪酸蜡、合成聚酯类。
