Abstract

一种热粘合直焊性漆包束线,它包括至少二根相互平行的绝缘漆膜的漆包单线,而漆包单线的绝缘漆膜采用直焊性聚氨酯漆或直焊性聚酰亚胺树脂漆,在绝缘漆膜外面涂覆有一层热熔性自粘漆。本实用新型加工简便,省却了橡塑套,且束线中各漆包单线排列规范整齐、固定,阻抗小,传输性能优良;本束线在进行缠绕加工时,各漆包单线不会移动错位;且在焊接时,漆膜自动熔化而实现直接焊接,大大提高了焊接效率和质量。

本实用新型涉及漆包绝缘导线技术领域。
背景技术
现有漆包束线是将至少二根相互平行排列的带不同颜色绝缘漆膜的漆包导线通过橡塑套组合成一体的,它一体化性能较好,可传输多种信号,便于区分相数。但由于橡塑套与漆包导线及平行排列的各漆包导线之间均未粘合,故该漆包束线在缠绕加工时,各平行漆包单线之间容易滑动而产生错位;另外,现有漆包束线在焊接时,需先剥去橡塑套再刮除漆膜,操作麻烦,焊接质量不易保证。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是提供一种在缠绕加工时,束线的各漆包单线不会错位滑动,并且能实现直接焊接的热粘合直焊性漆包束线。
本实用新型的技术解决方案为:它包括至少二根相互平行的绝缘漆膜的导线,而导线的绝缘漆膜采用直焊性聚氨酯漆或直焊性聚酰亚胺树脂漆,在绝缘漆膜外面涂覆有一层热熔性自粘漆。
热熔性自粘漆中可添加润滑剂,以提高产品的耐磨性和加工润滑性。润滑剂可采用脂肪酸蜡、合成酯类等。
本实用新型的有益效果是:各涂覆有绝缘漆和热熔性自粘漆的漆包单线组合成束线时,只要按序排列好各漆包单线,通电加热后,各漆包单线即粘结固定成束线,加工简便,省却了橡塑套,且束线中各漆包单线排列规范整齐、固定,阻抗小,传输性能优良;本束线在进行缠绕加工时,各漆包单线不会移动错位;且在焊接时,漆膜自动熔化而实现直接焊接,大大提高了焊接效率和质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例1,热粘合直焊性漆包扁型束线。本实施例采用五根漆包单线平行相邻粘结成一扁型束线,每一漆包单线是由导电线1、绝缘层2和自粘层3构成的漆包线,其导电线1采用铜圆线,绝缘层2为直焊性聚氨酯漆,自粘层3选用热熔性自粘漆,优选尼龙基树脂漆。同时,使各漆包单线的颜色互不相同,以便区分相数。
实施例2,热粘合直焊性漆包圆型束线。本实施例采用七根漆包单线平行相邻粘结成一圆型束线,每一漆包单线是由导电线1、绝缘层2和自粘层3构成的漆包线,其导电线1采用铜圆线,绝缘层2为直焊性聚酰亚胺树脂漆,自粘层3选用热熔性自粘漆,优选尼龙基树脂漆,并在自粘漆中添加了润滑剂一脂肪酸蜡。同时,使各漆包单线的颜色互不相同,以便区分相数。

Claims (4)

1.一种热粘合直焊性漆包束线,包括至少二根相互平行的绝缘漆膜的漆包单线,其特征在于漆包单线的绝缘漆膜(2)采用直焊性聚氨酯漆或直焊性聚酰亚胺树脂漆,在绝缘漆膜(2)外面涂覆有一层热熔性自粘漆(3)。
2.按权利要求1所述的热粘合直焊性漆包束线,其特征在于热熔性自粘漆(3)是尼龙基树脂漆。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的热粘合直焊性漆包束线,其特征在于自粘漆(3)中添加有润滑剂。
4.按权利要求3所述的热粘合直焊性漆包束线,其特征在于自粘漆(3)中所添加的润滑剂是脂肪酸蜡、合成酯类。
