背景技术
烧结是炼铁过程的一道工艺，其过程是将铁矿粉焙烧成烧结矿，烧结矿是高炉炼铁的主要原料之一。烧结机台车是烧结过程的重要设备，在工作中很多台车连接在一起，靠台车栏板的端面接触密封。由于长期在重负荷和高温下工作，使栏板变形，台车栏板的接触面出现缝隙。造成在烧结中漏风且外泄很多的热量，浪费能源，污染环境，影响产品的质量和工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在烧结过程中可以调节台车栏板的位置，堵住台车栏板接触面缝隙的烧结机台车可调栏板。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
烧结机台车可调栏板，由上调板、下调板、上栏板、下栏板、螺栓构成，上调板、下调板分别通过螺栓固定在一个台车的上栏板、下栏板上，并且边界超过上栏板和下栏板的边界；在上栏板、下栏板的非矿料接触面侧设有备调节螺栓穿过的固定耳，调节螺栓从固定耳的螺栓孔中穿过，顶在上调板和下调板的侧壁上。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2，烧结机台车可调栏板，由上调板2、下调板4、上栏板5、下栏板6构成，上调板2、下调板4分别通过螺栓1固定在一个台车的上栏板5、下栏板6上，并且边界超过上栏板5和下栏板6的边界；在上栏板5、下栏板6的非矿料接触面侧设有调节螺栓穿过的固定耳8，调节螺栓3从固定耳8的螺栓孔中穿过，顶在上调板和下调板的侧壁上。上栏板5和下栏板6通过螺栓7连接固定在一起。
本实用新型的使用方法是：当两个台车之间的栏板出现缝隙时，通过螺栓1将上调板2、下调板4分别固定在其中一个台车的上栏板5、下栏板6上，然后将调节螺栓3穿过台车上下栏板的固定耳8，将调节螺栓3端部顶在上调板2和下调板4上，拧紧即可。
