本实用新型涉及一种提高叶蜡石块密度均匀的性压制模具。该模具是由模套、上压头和下压头组成,其主要特点是:在模套与下压头之间设有一个易于装拆的定位块。该模具利用单向液压机可对叶蜡石块进行双向压制,能够有效改善叶蜡石块压制时上下密度不均匀现象,使压后叶蜡石块密度差由原来的0.3g/cm3减少到0.05g/cm3

技术领域
本实用新型属于金刚石合成技术领域,是一种提高叶蜡石块密度均匀性的压制模具。
技术背景
目前,工业合成金刚石通常采用超高压高温的方法进行,他是将合成芯柱和加热元件装在压制好的叶蜡石块腔体内,通过发热元件的加热和大吨位压机的加压,使合成芯柱在合成腔内形成6~7Gpa压力和1370℃的温度,石墨在触媒的催化作用下合成人造金刚石。叶蜡石块是承载高压高温的主要腔体零件,它起着密封和隔热的作用。现有技术中,叶蜡石块的压制通常是在模具中一次压制成型,由于叶蜡石粉末流动性差,压力传递不均,因而在压制时易造成叶蜡石块整体密度不均,特别是大腔体叶蜡石块密度差更为明显。由于叶蜡石块上下两端及中间密度梯度差的影响,并且合成金刚石时各个部位压力传递不均匀,个别部位压力损失严重,导致金刚石合成时高压腔稳定性差,合成效果不好,而且容易形成放炮中停事故。
实用新型的内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便实用,能够有效解决压制的叶蜡石块密度梯度差的问题,并能提高叶蜡石块密度均匀性的压制模具。
实现本实用新型的目的所采取的技术方案是:该模具是由模套、上压头和下压头组成,模套内装有叶蜡石粉末,其主要特征是:在模套与下压头之间增设一个易于拆装的定位块。
按照上述方案制成的叶蜡石块压制模具,由于结构上的改进,可通过单向液压机对叶蜡石原材料进行双向加压,使压后形成叶蜡石块的密度差由原来的0.3g/cm3降低到0.05g/cm3左右,合成金刚石时的压力变化范围由原来0.5MPa缩小到了0.1MPa,密封可靠性提高了20%,温度梯度降低了10%,使压力和温度均匀的在腔体内传递。

具体实施方式
参看图1、图2,本实用新型叶蜡石块压制模具,利用原单向液压机压制模具,该模具是由上压头1、模套2、下压头4、定位块5组成,定位块5设置在模套2与下压头4之间,并且易于拆装。在压制时,将定位块5套在下压头4上,并组装在模套1的底部,然后向模套2内倒入叶蜡石原材料,再置放上压头1进行第一次压制,第一次单向压后取出定位块5,再进行第二次压制,然后退模,取出零件,压制工序全部完成。借助设置的定位块5,可使叶蜡石块3在压制时两端双向受压,内部压力得到均匀的传递,减小叶蜡石块3各部的密度梯度。定位块5的厚度由叶蜡石块3的压制高度决定,因为非金属材料在压制成形时,高度越高上下密度差就越大。由于非金属材料内摩擦导致压制时其流动性不好,压力损失大,上下密度差大,通过增设定位块5,可从根本上解决叶蜡石块3压后的密度梯度差的问题。

1.一种提高叶拉石块密度均匀性的压制模具,是由模套、上压头和下压头组成,模套内装有叶蜡石粉末,其特征在于:在模套与下压头之间增设一个易于装拆的定位块。
