Abstract
一种金属饰面保温板，由保温板和金属饰面壳复合而成，其金属饰面壳是一个内嵌保温板的敞口浅盒体，浅盒体的四个盒壁的端部有内翻折边，上述内翻折边嵌入盒内保温板的四个侧面内部。上述浅盒体的盒底内表面与保温板之间有一层界面处理剂涂层。本实用新型有利于金属饰面壳与保温板的牢固结合，并有利于在保温板侧面安装固定件，同时也减小了金属饰面壳所带来的热桥，确保了复合板材的稳定性和耐候性，可有效防止金属饰面壳与保温板之间的空鼓和脱层，可全部实现工厂预制，提高工程施工的速度。
Description
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种饰面保温板。
(二)背景技术
现有的金属饰面复合保温板材通常是保温板材与金属饰面壳直接平行结合，保温板与金属饰面壳之间缺少弹性过渡材料，而两种板的变形相差比较大，因而金属饰面壳与保温板之间的结合力受变形应力的影响也比较差；而另一种金属饰面复合保温板材采用的是金属饰面壳完全包裹住保温板的五个面的做法，这样虽然确保了金属饰面壳与保温板材的稳固结合，但由于金属饰面壳完全包裹住了保温板的五个面，因而不可避免地会带来热桥影响，降低了保温板材的保温隔热效果，同时由于保温板与金属饰面壳之间也缺少弹性过渡材料，因此保温板与金属饰面壳之间的结合也存在一定的问题，这种保温板若在其侧面安装固定件时，由于侧面被金属饰面壳包裹，因而安装的固定件只能在金属饰面壳外侧，影响了保温板的美观，同时施工上墙后由于固定件裸露在外也不好处理。
(三)实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种金属饰面保温板，要解决传统金属饰面复合保温板材结合力差、热桥大、难装好固定件、稳定性差等技术缺陷，并解决实现工厂预制、提高工程施工速度的技术问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
这种金属饰面保温板，由保温板和金属饰面壳复合而成，其特征在于：金属饰面壳是一个内嵌保温板的敞口浅盒体，浅盒体的四个盒壁的端部有内翻折边，上述内翻折边嵌入盒内保温板的四个侧面内部。
上述浅盒体的盒底内表面与保温板1之间可有一层界面处理剂涂层。
上述界面处理剂涂层可以是厚度为0.5～2mm的弹性聚合物界面处理剂涂层。
上述内翻折边与盒壁根部所夹的角度可为30～60°。
上述内翻折边的宽度可为5～40mm，盒壁根部的高度可为10～40mm。
上述保温板的材料是聚氨酯、聚脲、酚醛树脂或发泡聚苯乙烯。
上述金属饰面壳的厚度可为0.3～1.5mm。
本实用新型的有益效果：金属饰面壳部分包裹保温板的四个侧面并埋入保温板的四个侧面内有利于金属外面板与保温板的牢固结合，并有利于在保温板侧面安装固定件，同时也减小了金属饰面壳所带来的热桥，金属饰面保温板的厚度还可通过简单地裁切来进行调整。刷涂弹性的聚合物界面处理剂有利于硬质金属饰面壳材与软质的保温材料之间的弹性过渡，确保了复合板材的稳定性和耐候性，可有效防止金属饰面壳与保温板之间的空鼓和脱层，解决了保温板与金属饰面壳的有效结合问题。全部实现工厂预制，提高了工程施工的速度。

(五)具体实施方式
实施例参见图1、图2、图3、图4，这种金属饰面保温板，由保温板1和金属饰面壳2复合而成，其金属饰面壳是一个内嵌保温板的敞口浅盒体，浅盒体的四个盒壁的端部有内翻折边4，上述内翻折边嵌入盒内保温板的四个侧面内部。
上述浅盒体的底面内表面与保温板1之间有一层界面处理剂涂层3。界面处理剂涂层3是厚度为0.5～2mm的弹性聚合物界面处理剂涂层。上述弹性的聚合物界面处理剂可以在市场上购买获得。
上述内翻折边与盒壁根部所夹的角度为30～60°。内翻折边的宽度为5～40mm，盒壁根部的高度为10～40mm。
上述保温板的材料是聚氨酯、聚脲、酚醛树脂、发泡聚苯乙烯等可进行浇注成形的发泡类保温材料。
上述金属饰面壳的厚度为0.3～1.5mm。金属饰面壳材可通过市场购买获得，为各种能用于建筑外墙装饰的金属饰面壳材。
制作时，先将金属饰面壳2按保温板材规定的长宽尺寸弯制成如图3所示形状的敞口浅盒体，浅盒体的四个侧面需向里翻折30～60°，最佳角度为45°，内翻折边4的宽度为5～40mm，一般15mm为宜，翻折后剩下的盒壁高度为10～40mm，一般在20mm为宜。
可在由金属饰面壳2弯制成的盒壁内表面均匀涂刷或喷涂弹性的聚合物界面处理剂，形成聚合物界面处理剂涂层3，厚度为0.5～2mm，最佳厚度为0.5mm。将涂刷有弹性的聚合物界面处理剂的由金属饰面壳置于成形模具内，开口朝上，然后按照浇注工艺向成形模具浇注保温材料，浇注量根据板材的厚度进行调整，保温材料发泡成形后形成保温板材，脱模后即制成了金属饰面保温板。
金属饰面保温板成形后由金属饰面壳弯制成的浅盒体的四个侧面仅部分包裹在保温板上，内翻折边则嵌入在保温板内。这样金属饰面壳就减少了与基层墙面直接接触的机会，从而降低了金属饰面壳的热桥影响，而内翻折边嵌入保温板内可增加金属饰面壳与保温板的结合强度。
金属饰面保温板全部采用工厂预制，可按建筑工程的不同部位预制成不同形状。制作好的金属饰面保温板可采用干挂、粘贴或干挂和粘贴相结合等方式固定在需保温的建筑基层墙体上。板缝可用硅酮胶、聚氨酯建筑密封胶等进行处理。

1.一种金属饰面保温板，由保温板和金属饰面壳复合而成，其特征在于：金属饰面壳是一个内嵌保温板的敞口浅盒体，浅盒体的四个盒壁的端部有内翻折边，上述内翻折边嵌入盒内保温板的四个侧面内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属饰面保温板，其特征在于：上述浅盒体的盒底内表面与保温板之间有一层界面处理剂涂层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金属饰面保温板，其特征是：上述界面处理剂涂层是厚度为0.5～2mm的弹性聚合物界面处理剂涂层。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的金属饰面保温板，其特征在于：上述内翻折边与盒壁根部所夹的角度为30～60°。
5.根据权利要求4所述的金属饰面保温板，其特征在于：上述内翻折边的宽度为5～40mm，盒壁根部的高度为10～40mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属饰面保温板，其特征在于：上述保温板的材料是聚氨酯、聚脲、酚醛树脂或发泡聚苯乙烯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的金属饰面保温板，其特征是：上述金属饰面壳的厚度为0.3～1.5mm。
