- 如权利要求4所述的隔热保温墙,其特征在于,所述断桥体头部为螺母结构,所述断桥体尾部为中空螺栓结构;所述断桥体头部与所述面板固定连接,所述断桥体尾部通过连接螺栓与所述底板连接;所述连接螺栓贯穿所述底板并旋入所述断桥体尾部的中空部。
- 如权利要求5所述的隔热保温墙,其特征在于,所述断桥体尾部旋入所述断桥体头部的螺杆长度不大于所述断桥体头部的长度,所述连接螺栓旋入所述断桥体尾部的螺杆长度不大于所述断桥体尾部的长度。
- 如权利要求5所述的隔热保温墙,其特征在于,所述连接螺栓为膨胀螺栓;所述断桥体尾部的中空部内径自所述底板侧朝向所述面板侧逐步减小。
- 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的隔热保温墙,其特征在于,所述隔热保温板包括与所述断桥体数量、位置、外轮廓对应的孔;所述孔的正面投影面积小于所述断桥体的正面投影面积;所述孔的间距为10~80cm,所述隔热保温板的厚度为30~80mm,防火等级为A1级,导热系数为0.010~0.050。
- 如权利要求1所述的隔热保温墙,其特征在于,所述至少一个断桥体在所述面板上的总投影面积占所述面板的总面积的比例不大于1%。
- 如权利要求1所述的隔热保温墙,其特征在于,所述底板设置有挂钩以与外部进行悬挂接合。
- 如权利要求5所述的隔热保温墙,其特征在于,所述连接螺栓的不与所述断桥体尾部连接的一侧设置有墙体连接结构。
- 一种如权利要求1-10任一项所述的隔热保温墙的制造方法,其特征在于,包括,将所述断桥体接合至所述面板上;将所述至少一层隔热保温板与所述断桥体接合,并由所述断桥体保持;将所述至少一层底板与所述断桥体接合。

- 如权利要求12或13所述的隔热保温墙的制造方法,其特征在于,所述断桥体头部与所述面板的焊接采用激光焊接,经瞬间高温后调低焊接功率至不小于200W;所述断桥体头部通过对角焊的方式焊接至所述面板。
- 一种如权利要求1-11任一项所述的隔热保温墙的安装方法,其特征在于,将所述底板设置的挂钩与外部挂架进行悬挂接合以进行多个隔热保温墙的拼接;所述多个隔热保温墙之间设置有分隔缝,所述分隔缝中嵌合有密封条,所述面板一侧的所述密封条设置有密封胶。
- 一种如权利要求1-11任一项所述的隔热保温墙的安装方法,其特征在于,将所述连接螺栓的不与所述断桥体尾部连接的一侧接合的墙体连接结构浇筑在所述墙体中;所述多个隔热保温墙之间设置有分隔缝,所述分隔缝中嵌合有密封条,所述面板一侧的所述密封条设置有密封胶。
